Rate Details (In US Dollars)

Nightly rate is 1/5 of the weekly rate - double occupancy.
Basic rate includes 6 guests. Additional guests are $25/night .. $100/week.
A minimum stay of 3 nights is requested, but not mandatory.
There is a mandatory deposit of $600.
Deposits only refundable with 90 days advance written notice.
All rates are subject to 6.875% sales tax and 3% lodging tax.
Balance due on cabin is payable at the time of check-in.
