Our fabulous home is a superior, detached, single-story villa, fully-equipped to the highest standards. It has full air conditioning and its own screened swimming pool.
This Non-Smoking villa is fully licensed in the State of Florida and conforms to all safety and legal requirements. As we have two small children, their safety was one of our prime considerations when purchasing the property. For this reason, we chose a quiet road which has little traffic and which is a cul-de-sac (dead end).
The villa has four large bedrooms and will accommodate eight people in comfort. The main master bedroom has a fabulous king sized bed, the other master bedroom has a double bed. Both of these bedrooms have en-suite facilities. There are two further twin bedded rooms and a third family bathroom.
The large lounge is very comfortably furnished, and has a large color television, dvd player, VCR with selection of videos and a hi-fi system with multi-CD player. The fully fitted kitchen/breakfast area has a cooker, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher etc. There is a table and four chairs for a relaxing breakfast. The double garage contains the washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining area has a large wooden dining table and six comfortable chairs for that relaxing evening meal.
The villa is looked after by a professional management company who ensure that the villa is immaculate for your arrival. Cleaning and maintenance of our home are a high priority for us and our management company makes certain that these are completed to rigorous standards. The swimming pool and lawns are also maintained to a very high standard. Furthermore a coordinator is on call 24 hours a day. My wife and I chose Indian Point for our family home as the area is very close to Disney, many shops and restaurants. also, the particular road we are in is very quiet with very little traffic.
