5 Star Condo in Silver Mill
We rate all of our condos based on four criteria in order to make it easier for vacationers to compare different condos in different buildings. The criteria are as follows: unit size and quality, views, proximity to activities, and building amenities and quality.
UNIT SIZE AND QUALITY:*****(5 STARS) This condo is an oversized, corner unit located on the 4th floor of Silver Mill. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook a meal away from home. You can sit 4 people at the dining room table. There are 2 additional seats at the kitchen bar, which is a great work area or an additional place to sit and eat. The bedroom features a brand new king sized bed with cable TV, and the bathroom can be accessed from the master bedroom or from the hallway. The beautiful living room features a sleeper sofa, chair, as well as a gas fireplace and brand new 40 inch flatscreen TV with DVD player. You will also find extra pillows and blankets, sheets for the sleeper sofa, humidifiers, a fan, and safe to secure your important documents and items. Free Wi-Fi is included with this unit, so don't pay $4.95 an hour or $9.95 per day extra when you stay in other condos.
VIEWS ***(3 STARS) This condo looks away from River Run Village with mountain views in the distance, so you will have quiet enjoyment when you stay here.
PROXIMITY TO ACTIVITIES *****(5 STARS) Silver Mill is conveniently located in the heart of River Run Village. It is just steps from restaurants, ski rental shops, specialty shops, and Starbucks.
If you are traveling with young children, the Keystone Children's Center is located on the ground floor of Silver Mill. In 2008, a new high-speed, 8 person gondola was constructed to move passengers up the mountain 40% faster. Silver Mill is now even closer than before. Walk 100 yards out of the building, and you will be there.
BUILDING QUALITY & AMENITIES *****(5 Stars) After a long, active day, you can enjoy the many amenities that Silver Mill has to offer. The beautiful recreation room has a pool table, sitting area, and TV. Soak your tired muscles in the large 16 person hot tub, or one of the two 8 person hot tubs. Then enjoy the sauna located inside the building near the hot tubs. Silver Mill guests can also enjoy the heated pool with spectacular views of the ski slopes at a neighboring building. You can park your car in the heated parking garage under the building and store your skis and/or snowboards in the ski lockers on the 1st floor. If you don't wish to carry your skis and/or snowboards back to the building you can use the VIP ski check that is available near the gondola for a small daily fee.
KEYSTONE EVENTS:
Keystone is the premier destination for various events, festivals and one-of-a-kind attractions. These include things such as Mardi Gras, Wine Festival, Beer and Blues Festival, Full Production Concerts, Discovery Days for kids, Art Shows and much more. Additionally, you can enjoy Mine Tours, Historical Bus Tour, ATV tours, Four-wheel drive tours, Snow Mobiling, Horse back riding and much more. SUMMER activies include championship golfing (2 courses in Keystone), Mountain biking, Wild Life Tours, the best hiking in North America, White-Water Rafting and Fly Fishing, just too name a few.
FEES & TAXES
We are required by law to charge tax on your stay.
Our cleaning fee is approximately 10% to 20% lower than most others. We keep the rate as low as possible, but it is a real and legitimate fee that everyone has to pay. You either pay for it in the rate, or you pay for it separately.
WE DO NOT CHARGE THE 5.9% RESORT FEE! This is a fictitious fee that many people/companies charge to add to their profit. If you rent from Keystone Resort or many of the other companies in the area, you will be charged this fee.
Just to be clear, taxes and cleaning fees are not included in the posted rates.

We send you keycards in the mail, so you can drive directly into the private parking garage and immediately enter your condo.
