Aloha Gang: Many Mahalo's for your support over the past 5 years. We're happy to announce WE HAVE JUST INSTALLED A BRAND NEW FUJITSU 12,000 BTU INSIDE FAN COIL AIR CONDITIONING UNIT (with remote control) AND ROOFTOP AIR-COOLED CONDENSER in our gorgeous villa-style condo. Although the A/C is rarely necessary due to cool oceanfront breezes and our awesome Casablanca ceiling fan, you have it if you need it. We also have a new website (same URL) which features an online booking calendar and rate calculator. No more waiting for return emails or phone calls to find out availability, rates, taxes and so on.
