Welcome to our Home! Heated Swiming Pool! The home was built in 2005 and features 4 private bedrooms each uniquely decorated. There are also 2 full bathrooms. When you enter the large foyer area you see the spacious living room which is nicely appointed and complete with flat screen TV and DVD for your entertainment. The living room and dining room have soaring 16 foot ceilings for an open and airy feel.
The maple kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to make your stay fun and comfortable. The master bedroom is on the main floor which comes complete with a walk-in closet and bath with shower. The sliding doors open out to the sparkling L-shaped heated pool with waterfall! There is an open deck area with sun beds and patio furniture as well as a covered deck area with patio furniture and a gas barbeque.
The pool and backyard are nicely lit at night to enjoy any warm evening. Upstairs you will find three more bedrooms and a full bathroom. The home is located within walking distance of all shopping and the local 18 hole golf course. We hope you enjoy your stay!

We went for a family vacation for a week in May 2011. The house was more than roomy enough for all 8 of us that went. The ladies had a great time lounging by the fabulous pool and enjoying some bevies while the guys golfed at the course that was just minutes away. Went to a couple Diamondback games and had a great time. The house was in immaculate condition. Pool was the perfect temperature during the day and nice and warm at night. We had an amazing family vacation and can't wait to go back again in May 2012!!!!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.
Great Base for Golf and Baseball

My group of four guys used the house as a base for a golf trip that also included spring training baseball and an NBA basketball game. The house was nearly perfect for our needs as each of us had our own bedroom and there were two bathrooms, so there were no lines to deal with. The house is well appointed and has all the comforts that you might want in a vacation rental house (TV/DVD/blu-ray; wireless internet access). This is the fourth year we have rented a house for our trip; first time for this specific property. This house is well suited for four guys and would be a great property for a family (perhaps two families could squeeze in) or even multple couples. This was the least expensive of the houses we have rented and the only one with a pool (a nice plus, although we did not make use of the pool). The house is clean and well maintained. The only drawback to the house was the location, as it was a little bit of a drive to most of the golf courses we were playing and to the spring training ball parks in Goodyear (not a major issue, but some thing to be aware of). The house is situated in a golf course community (Sundance). There is a grocery store just 5 minutes away, but there are not a lot of choices for restaurantes (some fast food and family dining, but no sports bars). Overall, our experience was excellent. I would rent this house again for future trip so to the area.

We stayed at this home for a week in mid-March. Buckeye is out there to the west, but you can make it to Sky Harbor Airport or Old Town Scottsdale in 40-45 minutes. The 4 bedroom home is well furnished and fairly stocked with the necessities. The owners provided timely instructions for check-in and check-out, and followed up via text message to be sure that we safely arrived and were able to get into the house. The heated pool and large gas grille were huge for our group. The price for the week was incredibly affordable. I would even say that it is under priced based on the weekly rent of similar houses that are closer to the city. It's a substantial discount if you are willing to travel 45 minutes. Thank you to the Browns for providing a group of proud Ohio University graduates (3/18/10--OU 97 Georgetown 83) a memorable reunion weekend.

We rented this home for 5 nights in March. Coordinated it with a Canucks game. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. Jobing Arena was only a 15 min. drive. It was great to have a pool, sunshine, and privacy. We also discovered BevMo. A liquor store wearhouse about 10 miles down the road. WOW :) Nothing beats margaritas by the pool.

What a great home! It is a beautiful house and we had everything we needed and more for our monthlong stay. It was very clean and comfortable and the pool was an added bonus! We had a lot of fun swimming and grilling almost every evening. Even though we rented on short notice, the owners went out of the way to make sure the televisions and internet were set up for when we arrived. There was also a welcome note and a nice bottle of wine set out to make us feel at home! The house was exactly what we were looking for and we'd recommend it to anyone. We will stay again next time we're in the area!
