We built this beautiful second home so that our family could enjoy the New England winters. The home was designed for entertaining in mind. The layout allows everyone to feel included in the action on the first floor no matter what room you are in. The second floor offers privacy for family and guests. The large children's bedroom over the garage is the perfect "bunk room" for children and their visiting friends.

We rented this property in January and had a fabulous time! The house was absolutely perfect and all my friends could not stop praising me for the find. The layout is perfect for a large group allowing for both privacy with four bedrooms and 3.5 baths and gathering, with the large living room and kitchen. Location was perfect, close to Loon and all the shopping and restaurants you'll need while you are there. Ken and Pam were extremely accommodating, flexible, and responsive during the booking process...made me feel like a friend even though we had never met. I highly recommend this rental, as long as there is a weekend left for me next year!

This house is by far one of the nicest place we have ever stayed at. We were there for 2 nights over the week, with 12 of my good friends, and my dog Avalin. The house is spacious, very clean, comfortable and beautiful. We just couldn't believe how great everything is. Plus, the neighborhood is very beautiful, quiet, with everything you need close by. We will come back again for sure!! Thank you so much!!

The condo exceeded our expectations. The kitchen and living rooms were gorgeous. The condo was very clean and the linens were plentiful. We used this as a home base for a four night getaway. Our day trips included the Squam Lake area 30 minutes, Santas Village 40 minutes and Story Land 50 minutes. Other closer attractions that we did not get to include Polar Caves, Lost River, The Flume, and many others. Our day trips took us through Franconia Notch and North Conway. We would use this particular home again without hesitation. It is almost a misnomer to call this a condo as it is a detached condo with a private backyard and deck. The staff at the pool/clubhouse was always friendly even when we arrived 1/2 hour before closing for a last minute swim. The owner contacted us following our visit to ensure that everything met our expectations. A great weekend getaway experience.
