We were a family of 9 visiting the San Diego area for 4 days. This condo was absolutely perfect for our stay. We were minutes away from Sea World, downtown and right on the bay! The sleeping arrangements were perfect for 5 teenagers and 4 adults. The linens are top quality, not cheap like you find in so many rentals. The kitchen is very adequately stocked with any pan, utensil or dish needed. Great selection of games and books! We found Nancy's management team to be very responsive to our questions. We were a short walk to the ocean side of Mission Beach and having the shower outside really helped to keep the sand out of the condo. It was nice being on the bay side as it was much quieter than the boardwalk on the ocean side which seemed to have loads of bicyclists, joggers and loud people.

This was a fun place to stay at with my family. The location is excellent. It is minutes away from Sea World and 2 blocks from the beach. It has a beautiful view of the bay and great walking paths and sand for the kids. We loved visiting Old Town and the Mexican restaurants there were EXCELLENT! We loved Miguels. It was a popular place to eat. This condo was very family friendly as we had 3 young kids with us. It had a high chair and plenty of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and supplies to cook with. And there was seating for all of us. We loved the family room with cable so we could watch TV and sit on the balcony. And the washer/dryer was a real bonus as we stayed a week. The only problems we ran it to was the wireless connection intermittently fails and was unreliable. Also, we would have liked to have more queen sized beds instead of the double and twins. That would have fixed our sleeping arrangements a little better. I also would have liked a bigger balcony so more people could sit out there and eat. There was great customer service and I was able to get help immediately when we had a problem. Overall we loved our experience there and would recommend it!

We had 10 people and we had just enough space! Super close to everything. The kids loved playing on the beach, and having the laundry available in the unit was great. The only thing that stopped me from giving it 5 stars were a few minor things; the carpeting was stained on stairs, it was advertised that we would have a gas grill and when we arrived there was only a very small electric grill, the stovetop was dirty on our arrival, and a couple of the kitchen drawers slide back open consistently. Overall, other than minor issues we had a wonderful stay and were able to create some amazing memories here in San Diego!!!

We stayed in this house for six nights and had a wonderful time. The location is excellent and ver accessible to many activities. We had 5 adults and a six month old and we were very comfortable. It is a very short walk to the beach and you can see the ocean from the top back bedroom with great vistas of the Bay from the other rooms.

Great property! We had 10 people with my kids and their spouses. It accomodated us nicely and really helped to have the 4 bedrooms. The location on the bayside was perfect and was much quieter than those Beach Houses on the ocean side, but still was only a few hundred feet away from the ocean and body surfing etc. Close to sea world, Old Town and Seaport village. It is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Beach House so make sure that everyone can do stairs. I highly recommend it for a fun place to stay. Dave
