Welcome to our Cute, Cozy, and Comfortable Vacation Home! Where our #1 priority is to make your stay memorable. This Non-Smoking, Pet-Friendly Home is on the beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida. Our home is located on a Golf Course in a quiet residential community of Gulf Harbors in New Port Richey. We are 20 minutes North of Clearwater and only 90 minutes from Disney.

This Non-Smoking home has a "New" fenced in heated pool. All linens, towels, beach towels, cooking utensils, iron, hairdryer, central air/heat, and much more is provided. All furnishings are luxurious and like new. Sleeping accommodations. Master bedroom has a queen-size bed, dresser, and large closet. The second bedroom has a twin-size loft-style bed with a full-size bed underneath, dresser, and large closet.

Family room has a sofa sleeper for additional persons, TV/VCR, and stereo system. We also provide a range of magazines, books, and games for the children. Poolside you will find outdoor furniture for sunbathing and an additional eating area. There is also a Gas Grill for those evening cookouts.

We provide a "FREE" beach pass, good for the entire length of stay to our private community beach located five minutes from the house (walking distance). Where dolphin sighting have been spotted. The beach is equipped with barbecues, showers, cabanas, etc. Or you can just come and enjoy our breathtaking SUNSETS. We also live in Gulf Harbors minutes from the house so we can provide the highest level of service and satisfaction.
