This is a magnificent and fully "new" 125sqm duplex apartment in the neighborhood of Gracia which is an area full of life, nice restaurants, coffee shops, movie theatres, and nice terraces.
It has three bedrooms: One double (with two beds together) and one complete bathroom in suite. There is another room in the first floor with one bed. The third room has two single beds, it is located in the second floor of the apartment. It has an additional bathroom, a reading area, and a nice terrace.
It has been decorated in neutral black and white colors so the decoration is very relaxing and friendly. The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen sets, lining, towels, tv, dvd, ....
Everything in the apartment is completely new. The apartment counts with a complete table set for up to 8 people and everything you may need in order to make your stay very comfortable.
With regards to the location:
The apartment is in the heart of Gracia, a very alive area in the middle of Barcelona. There is a very nice market near by. We have a lot of "favorite" restaurants in the neighborhood that we
can suggest for your stay.
The area is very well connected. It is advisable to walk from the apartment to the city center Passeig de Gracia and Plaza Catalunya.
Metro Station JOANIC (Línea 4) is 5 minutes away from the apartment and it connects you with Passeig de Gracia in 3 stops, with Barrio Gótico in 5 stops and with the beach in 6 stops.
Metro Station FONTANA (Línea 3) is 10 minutes walk from the apartment and it connects you with Plaza Catalunya in 3 stops, with Paseo de Gracia in 2 stops.

Why the Owner Chose Barcelona
The apartment is located in the Gracia neighborhoud, an area full of life, restaurants and food stores. It is so nice to walk to the movies or to the various restaurants in the area. It is as if you were in a small town within the city center. At the same time, the market is so close to the apartment and it is so well connected to the rest of the city. I enjoy walking down to Passeig de Gracia and it takes me just 10 minutes to be there.
