The condominium was completely remodeled in April 2008 with modern appointments.

Low Season .. Apr 15-Nov 15 .. $575/week .. $1750/month. extra night $100/night
High Season .. Nov 16-Apr 14 .. $700/week .. $1850/month. extra night $100/night
50% of rents are due within 7 days of booking, balance due 45 days prior to
occupancy. Refunds are available 30 days prior to occupancy, after that, only if
the unit can again be rented. (We will do our absolute best to re-rent the condo)
$85 cleaning fee and Hawaii tax
