Welcome to St. Maarten, our oceanfront paradise and destination for relaxation and escape to enjoy the ocean breezes, glimmering waters, incredible sunrises and sunsets, local flavor and waterfront activities. Just a fifteen minute drive from Daytona International Airport, our beautifully decorated ninth floor condo has 2250 square feet and a breathtaking panorama of the Atlantic Ocean and its wide fabulous beach from our covered balcony.
Enjoy the view from our living areas or balcony, read your favorite book, watch widescreen HDTV, cuddle up on the sofa, watch a movie or play a video game. Use our game table to play scrabble, mahjongg or your favorite card or board games. This is your home away from home!
You will love preparing your meals in our efficient kitchen with wonderful granite counters featuring stainless steel pots and pans plus blender, popup toaster, toaster oven, crockpot, waffle iron, coffee grinder and a dishwasher so quiet you can not even tell it is running.
The utility room features a laundry sink that is great for rinsing out your bathing suit or soaking stubborn stains. The oversized washer and dryer are especially wonderful when washing beach towels. There are storage shelves for detergent, hanging items and cleaning supplies.
After a great night's sleep in our luxurious Master bedroom you might choose to enjoy breakfast on the adjoining balcony or sit at the desk and check your e-mail on your computer through our high-speed internet connection. Watch your favorite program on widescreen HDTV or enjoy the Jacuzzi or double shower in our elegant master bath. Storage space is generous, with two huge closets and a linen closet located in the bath area, as well as ample drawers and cabinets for your personal items. Fine linens, towels and beach towels are provided.
You will feel right at home in all of our bedrooms. Our queen bedded room is extremely comfortable and has a spacious walk-in closet, TV with DVD, large dresser and attached bath with tub/shower and vanity with drawers and storage for towels. Our third bedroom has twin beds for your convenience, TV with DVD, with great drawer space. The bath, accessible from the hall, has a large glass enclosed shower, linen closet and medicine cabinet and is only a few steps away. All of the bathroom showers are equipped with grab bars for your safety! An extra queen sized bed can be converted from the living room sofa.
The wetbar is the perfect place to prepare a cool drink or glass of wine and the kitchen bar is a great spot to enjoy hors d'oeuvres or dessert.
We know you will love the peace and comfort of our "home away from home."
For the convenience of our guests we use Jack Pollard, McColly Real Estate to manage our rentals.
St. Maarten has a minimum two-week rental policy but we're sure you will want to stay longer!
Our condo is available for long-term rental.
