Casa Vittoria is a charming house situated in one of the best location of the Sorrentine peninsula between Sorrento and Massa Lubrense, it is an ideal position to visit the region both towards Sorrento, Pompei Capri and Naples, and towards the Amalfi Coast.
The house it's part of a nineteenth century building, completely renovated with walking access through its own private gate. The privacy is absolutely guaranteed.
The house has been totally re-furnished with a new style following the modern trend of the young owners who are fascinated by the good new designers: from the furniture to the last detail - everything comes from the well known European designers.
One of the main feature of this house is the amazing 180° panorama that can be enjoyed both from the living-rooms and from the large private terraces that surround them, as well as from the beds of the bedrooms you can enjoy an amazing view of Capri Island.
The dazzling white of the house and the blue of the sea in the panoramic backdrop are the two colors that strike visitors to this house, a perfect refuge after a day-trip around the area.
What's regarding the furniture, the house is equipped with high quality beds, as well as air-conditioning in all the rooms, central heating, washing-machine, 42" Flat TV -Full HD with full Sky channels, microwave, Bose stereo and background music.
To stay at Casa Vittoria a car is reccomended. feel free toask me about local rent a car, or how to get in Sorrento by pubblic transportation. I ll be happy to arrange for you a private transfer from/ to Naples or Rome Airport or train station.
Casa Vittoria Rental Rules:
All prices are in euro; rentals are inclusive of maid service once a week.
Price includes final cleaning, parking, linen and towels, gas and electricity (first 100 KW included in rental price, more of 100 if needed the cost of each KW is euro 0.35 per KW, to be paid at check out). No extra fees or taxes.
Usually a small extra of euro 20 - euro 30 per week is paid by teh guest, of course depending of the Air conditioned.
Check-in after 4.00 pm - check out before 10.00 am or by different arrangement.
To book the 25% has to be in advance by Bank transfer or credit card, the Balance of 75% will be paid 60 days prior check in date.
Security deposit: Euro 500,00 (paid locally by cash in euro , or in UK pounds or US Dollars) at the time of arrival.
The security deposit will be refunded upon departure subject to any deductions for damage.
Upon arrival at the property the manager/owner will ask you:
1- to present a copy of your passport;
2- pay the security deposit.
3- check the electricity counter togheter.

Very beautiful views! Kitchen was small and very outdated. Lacking an oven, and many expected items, like a can opener. Advertized as off street parking, which was not correct. We had to park on a very narrow street. Upstairs bedroom had no closets. Seemed to be designed for children. Not enough towels for party of four. Had wi fi, but we kept getting bumped off. Near a small town, which we enjoyed and was less crowed that Sorrento. Loved looking out at Isle of Capri.
Recommended for:Sightseeing.

The place was beautiful and the view was fabulous. A little difficult to find, but the owners were very helpful and came to escort us from the Masa Lubrenze tourist centre to their property. The town of Sorrento is nearby and has plenty to offer. Great restaurants, shopping and many tours are available in the near vicinity. We spent a great week here.

Casa Vittoria was a delightful place to stay. As you walk through the door you are greeted with one of the most spectacular views on the Amalfi Coast. The house is very nice and offers much privacy. We could not have been more pleased. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends. However, driving on the Amalfi Coast is not for the faint of heart!!! We had a wonderful time and would love to return someday.

Superb Villa and marvelous view of Capri

We stayed at the Villa in February 2011 so it was the low season. However, we really enjoyed this beautiful villa, which is as nice looking as you see in these pictures. The little downside: the kitchen is pretty small so don't plan to do great cooking there with friends. There is no dedicated parking, but likewise in the area, rent the smallest car and you'll be able to park close to the villa, right on the same street. We liked the location, Masa Lubrense, which is very close to Sorrento. There are hidden walking trails you can take from the villa and enjoy nature and the fresh lemon trees and olive trees. The trail will lead you to Sorrento, a very nice place to walk and shop. We went to Termini hiking trail (stunning views!!!) Positano and took the ferry to Capri as well for a day hike, not so far from the Villa. The property was clean and we would recommend it to anyone who is sensitive to design/decoration.

It is fabulous!!! We didn't want to leave. The views are incredible, not to mention the general setting. While sitting on the deck enjoying the view of the Isle of Capri you can hear roosters and donkies in the distance. Don't hesitate to stay here. Bruno and Guido are informative and helpful.
