Third bedroom has queen bed, ceiling fan, and access to hallway 1/2 bath. Second master suite bath can unlock to hallway for access by Third bedroom or can remain locked for privacy. The Desert Princess Country Club has 3 nine hole golf courses and is centrally located near downtown Palm Springs in Cathedral City.
50 inch High Definition TV in family room with HD cable service. Cable TV in all bedrooms. Kitchen has Granite counter-tops with matching granite kitchen/dining table. Custom tile in both full baths.
Centrally located ...5 minutes from airport and 10 minutes from downtown Palm Springs.

The Desert Princess Country Club really feels like your on vacation...the grounds are beautiful and the championship golf course is well maintened with decent rates. Great access to downtown Palm Springs. Have great fun roller blading the Desert Princess compound, playing tennis on its 12 championship courts as well as walking over to the Doral hotel on premise.
Enjoy getting up in the morning and taking a quick walk around the lakes on the fairway before the golfers get started.
