The house is 1690 square feet under air, 2800 square feet total, including a three-car garage, spacious screened in lanai, heated pool. The pool are heated with an electric HEAT PUMP. You will enjoy swimming in 85 degree pool water year round.
The master bedroom suite features a king-size bed, his and her walk-in closet, spacious bathroom with separate his and her vanities, walk-in shower ,and a separate entrance to the pool .The guest bedrooms are equipped with a queen-size bed, full-size closet, and a shared bathroom. One Guestroom also has direct entrance to the Pool area. All The Bedrooms have Brazilian cherry wood floors.
The great room has an open floor plan which features vaulted ceilings, tile floors with area rugs, ceiling fans, a couch, love seat, and recliner. Whether you choose to eat indoors or out, you will overlook the pool. For entertainment, the great room features a 40 inch flat panel TV, DVD, and Stereo. Large sliding doors face the pool and lead to the lanai.
Our kitchen is completely equipped with cooking and eating utensils, a breakfast bar, microwave, dishwasher, and oven making it easy to prepare at home meals. Of course, if you choose to dine out, Lehigh Acres and nearby South Fort Myers offer a variety of restaurants from fine dining to fast food.
The sugar-sand beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, and Fort Myers are just minutes away offering some of the world’s most romantic beaches, great for shelling, sun bathing or observing wildlife. The Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge, on Sanibel Island, is a popular destination. Bird, Manatee and Dolphin watching are just some of the activities. Daily round trips by boat are available to Key West, Cabbage Key, Marco Island and various other destinations.
If golf is your interest, there are 4 courses within Lehigh and over 50 courses in Lee County earning it the title 'Golf Capital of the World.' Mirror Lakes, Majestic, Copperhead & Westminster Golf Courses are all within a few minutes of our home.
Shopping in the area is endless ranging from open air outlet centers, like the Miromar Outlets in Estero, the Gulf Coast Center, or The Bell Tower Shops in South Fort Myers, to flea markets and exclusive boutiques.
Lehigh Acres is located minutes from I-75 making everything that Florida has to offer easily accessible, from the major theme parks in Orlando to the cities of Naples, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Tampa.

My wife and I grew up in Europe, but we LOVE the warm and sunny weather here in Sw FL. Ever since we met, we've been vacationing in this area. We couldn't get enough of the ocean. After all these years we are still just amazed by how much there is to see and do in Florida. There was no question, we had to invest in our own "Florida vacation home." We chose Lehigh Acres because of its location relative to the beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, and Ft Myers. Lehigh Acres is a peaceful country like community, close enough to the beaches but far enough from the hustle and bustle.
