  This rental was as advertised, clean and bright, and right on Oceanwalk.. Time spent lounging on the ground level deck listening to the surf and watching all the activity was very relaxing and enjoyable. It's only a couple of hours to Disneyland, an hour to Leggoland, literally minutes to Sea World and the USS Midway. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect vacation.

  This property was ideal for us. Close to everything, easy drive from airport, many places to eat. Condo was very clean, had all the amenities. My favorite was the washer and dryer! The managers were quick to respond to all of our questions, before and during our stay. We enjoyed many things during our stay in San Diego, but as always, nothing surpasses the ocean, therefore, we loved being right on the beach. We were even blessed to see a green flash at sunset. We can only hope that it will not be too long before we visit again.

  We had a wonderful stay here in Mission Beach. The property was just as pictured, clean with up to date furnishings. The location is phenomenal! Just steps away south of the boardwalk is Belmont Park, restaurants, beach cruiser rentals and cute shops. Walking north on the Boardwalk you will find Pacific Beach. Stop at Lahaina beach house which is a very popular spot to have drinks and food on the patio over looking the ocean, which is my most favorite place in the world. There are many other restaurants, shops, grocery stores on Mission blvd. I took my son here for his 21st birthday along with my daughter and her husband. We had the best time, at the best condo in my favorite Mission Beach. It was so easy to book and Dane was very nice to deal with and very accommodating. I literally looked on line at every single rental for at least a week and this one had the best location, (right on the beach!) and price to boot! If you stay here you will not be disappointed! Book now!

  I had a great stay a this condo. The unit was directly on the Ocean Front walkway, with such easy access to the beach. However, it was also really quiet, in case any readers are wondering about that! The place was spotless, and the furtire and beds were in great condition. The up/down layout was perfect for my daughter and me.It really gave each of us a sense of privacy but without having to be spread out in distant corners of the condo. This property was located near lots of shops and restaurants, making it easy without a car. The property managers were helpful in setting up the reservation and in checking to ensure that everything was comfortable and working well.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  This is our second time to rent this unit. Let's start with the pros: 1. CLEAN.CLEAN.CLEAN. This is so important to us. Both times, the unit was very clean upon arrival - it was as if we were the first ones to ever stay there. I love that. 2. The VIEW!!! None better. It is gorgeous - right outside the beautiful glass doors is the Pacific Ocean! We watched the dolphins, the sunsets and the people passing by on the boardwalk every day. There is a really great window on the side of the living room as well that gives you even more view! 3. KITCHEN - gorgeous - clean - has everything you need. Fridge was SPOTLESS and no odor. So important. Dishwashing detergent, paper towels, everything provided. 4. The layout - so perfect - a split level so you have privacy in the bedrooms. 5. The showers - HEAVENLY and CLEAN w/ toilet paper provided. And soup. 6. The little upstairs balcony... we could get away from it all up there, relax, still hear the ocean waves. 7. WASHER AND DRYER w/ detergent there! Perfect. 8. Boogie boards if you forget yours! 9. A little outdoor shower to get the sand off your feet before going into the house. 10. Upgraded from our last visit - they have done a great job building up the outside deck and placing a gorgeous patio set with umbrella - TOP OF THE LINE. Grill available as well. We used it last time, but not this time. The neighbors used it so it works but even though the neighbors were there, we didn't notice - LOTS of privacy. Now the CONS: 1. You can't live here. You can't afford it so don't spend your last day thinking of ways to sell everything you own and try to move into the beach house. 2. Cookie sheet. They need a cookie sheet in the kitchen so you can make your chocolate chip cookies at night and your cinnamon rolls in the am. That's it.... seriously - the best place in Mission Beach, in our opinion. Oh and we had our grandson there - he is 4. It was so nice to open the doors and let him come in and out w/out worring about him - there was a gate so we knew he was not going anywhere. He played and played on that patio, with his shells, ate his breakfast out there. It was adorable. And when he was ready for the beach again, it was a mere 5 steps away. Can't say enough about this place - you will NOT be sorry to rent this one!

  The condo was beautiful and perfect for our 2 teenagers. Location was awesome and the place was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this condo. Management was very helpful, we had a problem with connecting with the internet, they came over immediately and fixed it for us. The only problem we had was we didn't stay long enough!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

  We had a great time here this past week. The dryer and washer really was a great asset and the unit was very clean. I was very impressed with the whole area. We had not stayed on the Mission Beach for four years and it really has a nice family charm to it, relatively quiet and clean!!!
