Location: Phillips, Wisconsin, USA (1 mile east of Phillips, 4 hours north of Madison)

We are located in the Great North Woods. It is a great place to vacation. Phillips is a small community and a friendly place to come for a vacation. You will find it to be a wonderful area to get away from the busy cities. It is also a safe place to bring the family.
We are on Lake Duroy which is part of the Phillips chain of lakes. The chain has over 2000 acres.
In August of 2008 our guest was fishing behind our house in a paddle boat, which is included, and caught a 38" muskie which pulled him to the pier. He was only 10 years old and will never forget that vacation.
We are located on the snowmobile trail. Price county is said to have some of the best trarils in the state.
I like to keep things short. So will just say that we are waiting for you.

Year Purchased: 1989
We purchased the home in 1989 and used it for a vacation retreat. In 2002 we retired and live on the other side full time. We love to see people having fun, so if you feel like making noise please do so. We hope it does not stop you from renting because we live on the other side. We have met so many wonderful people since we have opened our house to guests. Hope you will be one of them.

Why the Owner Chose Phillips
We purchased the property because of the wonderful feel of the Northwoods. We wanted a safe and peaceful area to retire in. The house needed tender loving care and it has given us a great place to live in.
The Unique Benefits of this Duplex
We are located next to the fairgrounds. You make think this is a disadvantage, but it gives people a wonderful place to walk, bike and play in. We enjoy the fair when it is here. The sounds of people having fun are great. That is what life is about, enjoying!!!!!!!!!!!
