Home is comfortably furnished with washer and dryer inside the home, 2 car-garage, gas grill, patio furniture, linens and a nicely equipped kitchen. Enjoy the relaxing sounds of our patio waterfall fountain as you sunbath, BBQ or have that morning cup of coffee. This home is far away from freeway noise!

This homes has a nice formal dining area plus eat in kitchen, a den with a 27-inch TV, Direct TV Satellite antenna and DVD player. The kitchen has a new oven, cooktop and dishwasher. Master bedroom has King-size bed, walk-in closet and an office area with DSL high speed Internet connection and window seat. Second bedroom has twin beds plus TV. Split floor plan. Roomy and comfortable home!

Seven nearby golf courses; three public, four private. Swimming pool and gym one-half mile away at Desert Hills Recreation Center. Green Valley has 12 recreation centers with over 120 clubs. Green Valley Recreation charges a nominal Tenant's fee and this not included in rental rate. Tucson is 25 miles north and Mexico is 45 miles south. Owner will rent for long term as well as short term. Please don't hesitate to inquire. Home is located in a retirement community where there is an age restriction of 55 or older, no children under 18 for more than 30 days are allowed.
