Our fourth floor two bedroom, two bath condo offers the premier view in Pelican Preserve. The southern exposure provides warm sunshine on the lanai during the day, with spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Enjoy views of wildlife on the lake as well as the golf course and nature preserve.
The Town Center offers a 90 seat movie theater, Cybercafe with 12 computers for your daily use, indoor lap pool and track, outside resort pool with poolside dining, spa services, restaurants, tennis, horse shoes, volleyball, arts and crafts, baseball, butterfly garden, basketball, amphitheater and more.
