This second floor professionally decorated condominium is surrounded by a lake on two sides and the community pool is directly across the street. The unit is 1950 square feet and includes a master bedroom with a king size bed, a guest bedroom with two twin beds, and a third bedroom/computer room with a queen size pull out sofa.
Gulf Harbour Yacht & Country Club is just ten minutes away from the beautiful Sanibel Island, legendary for its wealth of seashells and clean, sandy beaches, and the J.N. Ding Darling National Wildlife refuge. Fort Myers Beach is within three miles. Down the street are the Ford and Edison winter homes and Museum, numerous shops and restaurants. Baseball fans can enjoy the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins spring training at Fort Myers sports complex. During the regular season you can enjoy the Fort Myers Miracles, a Class A farm club.
Optional sports membership for the duration of your stay is also available which would include the use of the clubhouse, members only poolside privileges, tennis, fitness center with spa and a gourmet clubhouse dining facility over looking the marina. A private beach and children’s playground is also available.
The unit is smoke free and pet free.

After an extensive look in the Fort Myers area we chose Gulf Harbour due to its exquisite communities and facilities. Gulf Harbour has a reputation of being the finest community of its type in the area with friendly, non-assuming owners. We chose this specific unit due to its unique views which we believe are the finest in the Tamarind Cay community. We are bird lovers and the vast variety of birds is beyond our expectations. In addition, this was the model unit and was professionally decorated through out.

My wife and I have vacationed in the Fort Myers area for fifteen years. When it came time to purchase a unit there was no question we would settle at Gulf Harbour, just a question of which community. The day we visited the unit there were hundreds of beautiful Florida birds in the lake and on our shore. It was like a trip to Ding Darling.
