Welcome to our gorgeous, open-floor plan 11th floor condominium in Tiara Towers South. It has 1900 sq. ft. of indoor living and a 200 sq. ft. porch overlooking the majestic, ever-changing Atlantic Ocean. Be the first to see the magnificent sunrise to the East over the Atlantic and later watch the spectacular sunset to the West over the Intracoastal Waterway.
The unit is beautifully decorated with teak and leather furniture along with tile floors throughout with scattered oriental area rugs. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bath with HUGE shower and a sliding door onto the porch. Another bedroom has a queen bed and single bed with still plenty of room to move about. The den has a pullout sofa, closet, and doors to create a private sleeping area. A large desk with doors in the den is the perfect spot to catch up on e-mails or work remotely from the office. The kitchen has all major appliances and is fully equipped with everything you could need. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with two bar stools. The washer and dryer are in-unit as well.
We have a lovely pool, tennis court, and exercise room. The building is very secure and safe. A gas grill is located by the pool deck.
North Hutchinson Island is one of the best-kept secrets in Florida. It is a barrier island on the Atlantic Ocean 10 miles south of Vero Beach. The beaches are perfect and practically empty. It is a quiet, low traffic island, but close to great shopping, dining and entertainment. You can easily fly into Fort Lauderdale, Orlando or Melbourne airports. World-class deep sea fishing is just a few miles away and Disney World is only 90 minutes away. Come and enjoy Florida's Treasure Coast!

My parents bought their first condo on North Hutchinson Island 18 years ago after owning for many years on busy Longboat Key. They found North Hutchinson Island convenient to many amenities, yet peaceful for their winters. We loved North Hutchinson Island too and went in on a bigger condo with them. We just love it!
