The condo is located just a few miles from everything, the theaters, shopping, and the beach is 15-20 minutes. There are numerous beaches that one can enjoy, and some less crowded than others. One can walk for miles, and enjoy the occasional dolphin popping up in the ocean.
There are also areas nearby that are parks with miles of walking trails, or biking, that provide one with a chance to see Florida in it's old beauty. The Saint Lucie River has two forks that provide wonderful boating and wildlife views, all within an afternoon boat ride. And when the sun sets it's time to bring out the cocktails and sit and enjoy it!

I am a free lance photographer and live in Marion, Massachusetts and live in Florida part time.
Why the Owner Chose Stuart
I had visited friends in the area since 1978, and liked the area as it was still a small town feel despite the growing population. I like the river surrounding it and the miles nearby beaches only a 10 minute drive.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The condo is only a few miles from the unique small renovated downtown area, and 10 minutes to the nearest highway, Rt 95 and the Florida Turnpike. West Palm Beach is only an hour drive south and Palm Beach International Airport is only 45 minutes south just off of Rt 95. The weather is mostly warm and sunny and with many boating opportunities available. The condo faces west just in from one of the two finger canals, and the sunset views are spectacular. All new appliances plus a newly renovated interior in 2004, make this a beautiful place. I'm looking for preferably year round. A seasonal rental is minimum of 3 months. The condo is 55 and up, no pets, and non-smoking. PRESENTLY RENTED NOV 1, 2009-NOV 1 2010.
