Experience the wonder of the famous Ocean Creek Plantation Resort at a very affordable rate. This is one of the beautiful Greens Townhomes located in the center of this 57 acre retreat. The Townhomes are called the Greens because they are located at the putting green, which is one of the many amenities provided to our Ocean Creek guest.
This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, townhouse was just freshly painted along with a new flat top stove and refrigerator added in Nov. 09 for the 2010 season. It is the perfect place and setting for families, golfers, beach lovers, or anyone who simply wants to get away from it all. It has a beautiful, private, screened porch that opens to your own very private backyard. The main floor has a large living room with a beautiful corner gas fireplace and sleeper sofa. Adjoining the living room is the dining area with comfortable seating for 6. Also featured is a full-size, well equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and disposal. At the base of the stairs is a ½ bath for your convenience. Upstairs are the master bedroom, guest bedroom, and 2 full baths. The Master bedroom has a queen bed with TV. The guest has 2 single beds. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.
Enjoy the lovely trees and gardens as you take a short scenic walk or tram ride to the beach. Take a cool dip in the Greens swimming pool which is one of 7 that the resort has. Tennis courts with night lighting are also just a short stroll away from your private townhome. Maybe a bite to eat at the Four Seasons Restaurant or the multi-level beach cabana bar and grill situated at the beach and main pool area. After lunch why not enjoy the fitness center or business center, library, game room, bicycle/walking trails through acres of natural/private beauty. Also available to you, located next to the cabana bar are a large volleyball court, horseshoe pit, kiddy pool, and childrens' playground. You can feel secure going anywhere at anytime in this beautiful, gated, 24/7 security community.
The Resort itself boast 7 swimming pools (2 indoor / heated), tennis courts, playground, beach bar and grill, restaurant, putting green, tram, trails, security 24/7, gated community, beach, sun and fun. Beach umbrellas and chairs are available for rent on the beach. The location is conveniently located directly across the street from Barefoot Landing which offers dozens of restaurants and scores of shops. A large grocery store is also only approximately ½ mile from the resort. The Tanger Outlet Mall as well as the Briarcliff Mall and cinema are also located approximately 1 mile from the resort.
