Why the Owner Chose Little Italy
We have been living in this neighborhood for several years now and have watched it mature into a beautiful community that still holds on to the values and customs of the traditional Little Italy culture. Many people who lived here thirty and forty years ago still call this area home, while the close proximity of UIC campus keeps the neighborhood young and growing.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
We love walking around the neighborhood to enjoy the many historic landmarks dispersed throughout Little Italy. We especially like to stop at the infamous Marios Italian Lemonade to pick up an Italian Ice or Lemonade.

We are a newly married, easy going couple. One of our favorite Italian restaurants, Francesca's, is one block away on Taylor Street. We like to eat at the bar and chitchat with Scott, who works behind the bar. We are huge Cub fans, and we celebrate that the first Cubs ball park was located just a few blocks from our home. Ask us how the phrase "That came out of left field," came about.

I rented this condo for a week for my mother to stay when I was having my baby. It was perfect. Bob and Sherri are the nicest people, very welcoming and accommodating. My mother felt very comfortable, she had everything she needed - towels, tea, and the condo is in beautiful condition. Honestly, the pictures don't do it justice, it is a very nice 2-bedroom, one-bathroom condo with a fully-stocked kitchen, comfy couches and a large flatscreen, separate dining area and outdoor space. The location is great in that it is one block away from Taylor St, specifically Starbucks, Davanti Inoteca, Rosebud, and Francescas. My parents will definitely be back!
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+.
