Nice Beach House / bad mgmt company

We enjoyed the house and the location. Don't expect to get your deposit back. Palm Realty Co. never got back to me & when I e-mailed them they had a lame excuse about "a stick in the toilet". Everything was in working condition and clean. Demand a walk-thru before you leave. Bottom line nice place but expect DEPOSIT to be part of the rent. We will not rent from this company again.Overall, the house and location were great and we had a great time.
