Why the Owner Chose Lancaster
We purchased this home because of the fabulous trout fishing and the convenient location. Located just two miles below the dam for Center Hill Lake, the access to the river and lake are close. At night the peace and quiet of the home is almost to much. Just 25 minutes to Cookeville, we love to go visit the Del Monico Vineyards or all the great shops. This is hard to find in the busy lives most of us have. Come and share with friends or family.
