This ocean front property is located in Kai Lani at Ko Olina Resort and Marina approximately 20 miles west of Honolulu and Waikiki and is within a gated community within Ko Olina. Ko Olina Resort and Marina boasts a 5 star Marriot time share development as well as a 5 star Marriot Hotel (the Ihilani). Comprised of 4 protected lagoons on the Leeward side of Oahu, it is truly a lovely place to spend some quality time to relax.
Impeccably furnished with all the comforts of home, this property has not been a vacation rental before and has one of the premiere locations within the entire resort due to its proximity to the ocean. Walk across a grass field to a secluded private beach or head into the resort and try a different lagoon each day.
Computer, broadband, 3 TV's and a pool with hot tub and BBQ's are included amenities as well as a Master Bedroom with a King sized bed and 2 additional bedrooms each with Queen beds. Baths off the master and a 2nd shared with the 2 other bedrooms as well as a single car garage and a 2nd assigned parking space.
Property is managed by a real estate professional who lives in the resort and will greet you upon your arrival, be available to orient you to the area and be available if any issues should arise during your stay.
