This is all within easy walking distance of this condo. Yet, upon immediately entering this retreat, one is struck by the captivating, serene and panoramic view of Puget Sound, the Olympic Mountains, and Ferry Boats as they cruise to and from the neighboring islands.
Beach Drive/Alki Beach has an island feel yet Downtown Seattle is 15 minutes away. By car, public transportation or Elliot Bay Water taxi- all connect you to Pike Place Market, Downtown Shopping and Theatres and Museums, Seattle Waterfront, Safeco Ballpark of the Seattle Mariners, Qwest Field - home of our NFL Seahawks and FC Seattle Sounders.

Bill and Elaine Hill. We own an 8-unit condo building on the beach in West Seattle. This is the third unit we have listed on VRBO. The response has been Pleasantly Overwhelming!!! Thank you to all our guests. Here we go offering this unit due to popular demand. It's been a very positive experience. Half of our condos are occupied by long term tenants, and they absolutely have enjoyed the "resort feel" of our complex. We have the very best tenants!

We love the water and all Seattle has to offer. West Seattle is a fabulous, genuine community that is oriented to the outdoors. There is a real eclectic feel to West Seattle. We never thought we'd ever own a private beach just 15 minutes to Seattle - but we do!
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
This particular unit is on the top floor. There are 3 flights of exterior stairs. There is no elevator, so the guests in this unit must be aware of that beforehand. It is an easy access, but definitely is not suitable for those who have difficulty negotiating stairs of any kind.
