We are semi-retired and enjoy spending time on the Lake with family, friends and grandchildren. We have lived in nearby San Antonio for the past 45 years where I was involved in the Insurance Business. Our roots go a long way back in New Braunfels where my great grandfather was the pastor of the First United Methodist Church from 1881 to 1886..

There is so much to do in and near Historic New Braunfels. We are located on the edge of the scenic Texas Hill Country.
The Unique Benefits of this House
There are so many fun things to do nearby. The largest water park in the USA is located 2 miles away. Tubing the Guadalupe river is always popular in the summer. All the attractions of San Antonio are only a short drive away. Shopping at the largest outlet mall in Texas near San Marcos is only 20 Minutes away. Bring your boat or jetski and tie up at our dock. There is a boat launch located at the IH35 bridge.

This place worked great for us! 4 adults and 4 kids stayed and we never once felt pressed for space. The location, the deck, and just everything was great. We were surprised how many rooms there were to sleep and one bedroom actually went unused. The kids loved staying in the lower bedroom (game area) which left the adults upstairs which worked out wonderfully! We will definitely return. Thanks again!

This house was a great place to stay for our weekend getaway!! The deck was amazing!! We stayed outside the entire time! Very spacey house, so you don't feel so cluttered....Also very close to everything....we floated the Comal, and it took us about 5 mins to get to Landa Park from the house....I definitely recommend this house to anyone who has a larger group and wants a price friendly place to stay! We will definitely be back!! :)

Amazing deck! My family and I stayed at this very spacious home, and had an amazing vacation. The deck overlooks the beautiful water on Lake Dunlap. We enjoyed fishing off the dock. I cannot say enough good things about this home. The house was fully loaded with anything and everything you could think of. The master bathroom has an amazing bathtub and shower. The owners have done a wonderful job of making your stay as enjoyable as possible. I would recommend this property for your next vacation to New Braunfels, and would most definitely come back.
