Located on the exclusive sort after estate of Westridge, our villa benefits from a large screened south facing pool. The pool area is extremely private, surrounded by lush landscaping, you also have the luxury of a shaded lanai area to enjoy eating alfresco. You can come back to villa after a long day running around the theme parks to enjoy your own private pool, luxury pool furniture is provided ....... all provided for your relaxation. Many of guests come back to vacation at our villa year after year, many are now friends.

Why the Owner Chose Westridge
Welcome to our Florida Villa. We hope you will find our luxury villa captivating and will consider booking a stay with us soon. You may be wondering why we bought our villa. Well, as a teenager I spent a lot of time at my grandparents house in N. Fort Myers, Florida. I was able to enjoy spending time at the local beaches and occasionally visiting Orlando and its various amusement parks. Now we have two small children, who we wanted to bring to Florida to enjoy all it had to offer. Our goal was to travel at least two times a year to Orlando and stay at the local 4 & 5 star hotels, but the costs were just too great. We started looking for alternatives. That is when we learned about vacation villas. Having found the Florida lifestyle and weather very much to our taste and not to mention the incredible attractions and fabulous leisure pursuits that abound in this state, we were lucky enough to be able to buy a villa close to Disney. To help with the expenses and because we eventually want to make this a retirement home, we decided to make the villa available to rent year-round.

We purchased our Luxury Florida villa in 2001 and have enjoyed staying there year after year, sometimes in the summer and sometimes at Christmas. I am a IT Manager in Dallas, Texas and look forward to every chance I can get to go to Orlando. Our goal is simple - provide a great holiday for others and a 2nd home for us to enjoy when we can visit.
