This is a beautiful modern flat in a new building in the wider centre of Prague, Holesovice suburb.
All the furniture and equipment is in a higher standard. High quality ALNO kitchen (stove, oven, digester, refrigerator and fridge), modern furniture and washing machine as well. Very nice, glass-filled balcony.
Parking place is in the basement of the building, it is offered separately for $17/night or $169/month.
The fast growing neighborhood offers excellent civic amenities (shops, restaurants, theaters, clubs...). Two well-known music clubs are just few step from the apartment Music Club Mecca and Cross Music Club. Who is interested in classic music, this area offers famous Krizik´s fountain. There is big market Prazska Trznice which was popular even in very in past.
Big advantage is a great connection to the historical centre of Prague (within 15 minutes and frequently going even at night).
This part of Prague is also famous for its sufficiency of green and parks. You can relax by the Vltava river, "Letenske sady" park or in the biggest park of Prague "Stromovka".
