If you visit our home you can stop worrying NOW. Our home and the Big Canoe Resort are what you expect.......PLUS. A gated community nestled in the North Georgia Mountains 65 minutes North of Atlanta and all the BIG CITY has to offer.
Our home is fresh and breezy during the Georgia Summer, beautiful during the Georgia Fall and warm and cozy in the Georgia Winter. You can sit in a different outdoor area each day. You can eat inside watching television or outside watching the deer or treat yourself to a candlelit dinner watching the fireplace flicker. Not hungry, you can have snacks while having a family pool game or if romance is in order you can watch the moon drift over the mountains while enjoying the spa. Whatever you want to do with your time.........you can enjoy it in our home and the Big Canoe area.

Minimum Stay of 2 nights required. Weekly rate includes 7 nights.
Two night advanced deposit required regardless of length of stay.
Cleaning fee of $130 in addition to rent.
Security deposit of $250 required. Refunded at or following departure.

Year Purchased: 2008
Hi, my name is Bob. As I think you can tell I love North Georgia, Big Canoe and my home. As a Native Atlantan, I first came to what is now Big Canoe before it was developed. In the 1970's I often came to the area to visit, hike and fish. I settled about 45 miles from here in the metro Atlanta Area and practiced law in the area for almost 40 years. During my busy years I forgot about this area, then in late 2008 I again visited the area which is now Big Canoe. I immediately fell in love. In the year that has followed I have retired, moved here and purchased a second home which I now offer for your use and enjoyment.

You will enjoy all the same things we enjoy every day.......Antiquing, hiking, nature walks, bird watching, golf, tennis, fishing, reading, doing just what you want to do. If you are really energetic, you can travel a little and enjoy the shopping and fine dining of Atlanta, local outlet malls, the Falcons, the Braves...... and on and on. One of the great things about visiting with us is that if you will tell us what you want to do.....we are full of suggestions.
