The master bedroom is located on the main floor and features a king size bed with great mountain views. The master bath features two sinks, a soaking tub, and separate shower with a walk-in closet. The living room with see-through gas fireplace is also on this level. There are two eating areas, kitchen, powder room, sun room with sliding door to spacious deck overlooking the water feature and sport court. The deck is a great place to use the large propane grill.
There are two bedrooms on the upper level. One has a king size bed with two spacious closets and a window seat. The other bedroom has a queen size bed with two separate closets. Both of these bedrooms have incredible views and share a full bathroom. The upper level also has a study with a convertible couch that sleeps two.
The walk-out basement features the swimming pool area which includes a spacious seating area, wood-burning fireplace, wet bar, and outside patio. There is a also a TV area with another convertible couch. Two separate bedrooms are also on this level. One bedroom has two twin beds and the other bedroom has sleeping for one and includes a club house with slide, games, and puzzles for younger children. These bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is also another bathroom/pool changing room with separate shower on this level.
This home has an attached, oversized two car garage.
