Why the Owner Chose Austin
This home is in a perfect location- just 2 blocks to Downtown, 5 blocks to Town Lake (jog, ride bikes, kayak). It's in a historical area of Austin-"Holly District"-this home was built pre 1930. Lovely hardwood floors, and has a nice front porch to hang out on......It was part of an old grocery store many yrs ago.....
