Why the Owner Chose Sterling Breeze
After many years of vacationing in the Destin market my brother talked me into visiting Western Panama City Beach. I was amazed at how renewed and quiet the area was. After realizing that Destin is now a huge "city" crammed with people, I decided to purchase in Panama City Beach in order to find a place that is peaceful and relaxing. I got exactly what I hoped for.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Its a wonderful place. I can do business as well as shop in this one location. Beach life in this location is the best of all worlds. You can walk at anytime of day without huge crowds and I really enjoy the small number of people on the beach at any given time. 1/3 of the units were not sold and many owners do not rent them making it a great quiet place as well as a great experience for me and my family.
