There are so many things to love about this place. First, Diana is a charming hostess. She took care of so many details; she made the whole process from the very beginning really smooth, nice and was really accesible if any question came up. Her place is as advertised, comfortable, cozy, refreshing, close to everything, with an incredible location, a unit in between of 2 mind blowing beaches, extremely safe area, great neighbors in the building, tons of useful info for excursions and fun stuff to do. We wanna thank you dearly for all your attention and all your suggestions, we had the time of our lives! Highly recommend Diana's!!!

IT WAS A GREAT TIME IN GREAT AREA, the food and service at the Playita next door was awesome ,short walk to a nice beach in front of the El San Juan hotel with lots of activities like ski jetting, parasailing, wind surfing etc. The apartment was well kept with good working services and Diana was always available to help. I shall retrurn!!!

Best Bang for your Buck in Isla Verde

My 7th time in PR, but my first time staying in Isla Verde. If this is the area you want to be in, I would recommend staying at Diana's spot. It is clean, secure, and close to the Isla Verde beach. You can hear the waves crashing on the shore from the apt. The patio is nice to chill on and look out at the water. I prefer renting condos because you can cook or use the refrigerator. And Diana has it stocked with almost everything you need. She even has beach towels, beach chairs, leftover suntan lotion, and an ice chest. All you need is ice and Medallias. The mosquitoes in January got to me, so that was the one sore spot I have. And also the Isla Verde beach is a "tourist beach" due to the hotels being there, so I'm not really into chilling out with tourists. But there are chair rentals, jet ski rentals, and parasailing on the beach. Diana is a very nice lady, and she takes great care of her guests. I had no problems at all.

A Jewel In Puerto Rico!

I came here with my wife to celebrate our honeymoon and it was really a blast! Diana is a very nice person and hostess. She always did her best to make us feel warm and welcome. She has details, attention, very handy and valuable info for her guests up to things you might like to explore during your visit to the island. Her place is a wow factor. The location is amazing. No kidding, you get to have 2 incredible beaches right there, because of the street's position, very unique. The condo is very refreshing and full of peace. Everything as advertised. All the details makes you feel in the best mix between a hotel and home. We felt really nice and relaxed while staying at Diana's; at the end we actually didn't want to leave hehehe. La Payita Bar & Rest is within a few steps where you can have really nice meals, great drinks and beautiful views. Tons of walking distance places you can go, from restaurants, nightlife and even pharmacies and grocery stores. Very safe and clean area too. Also a short drive to areas like Old San Juan and Condado (10-15 minutes away). Diana thank you for such a great experience! Definitely coming back and recommending your place!!!

Recién regresamos de pasar 8 días en este estupendo estudio, en donde estuvimos muy cómodos mi esposo, yo y nuestra hija. El lugar ofrece todas las comodidades necesarias y esta a pasos de esplendida playa. Es muy seguro y acogedor. Nos encanto la atención que nos ofreció su propietaria Diana Torres, quien personalmente nos recibió y explico todo sobre el uso e incluso tenia una botella de vino y un osito de peluche para nuestra nena! Definitivamente un excelente lugar para hospedarse en Puerto Rico!!!

Incredible Place!

This was our first time staying in a rental and second time visiting the Island. We were so amazed of how cute and comfy this apartment is! And can’t forget mentioning Diana’s (the owner) attentions! She’s all about details and caring for her guests. Communicating with her is extremely nice and her place really shows how much she cares for it. Relaxing, refreshing and modern decoration, everything you might need, ac, tv, appliances and internet works perfect; the balcony is so nice to hang around and watch the ocean, the two beaches are really gorgeous but we liked more the one that is right in front of the building to get tanned and relaxed. We loved the bar and rest that is just one building away from Diana’s; they have nice food and very nice drinks. The area is very very safe and quiet; you even get to see cops patrolling everywhere and that was great to notice. Diana, thanks for all the attentions you had with us, best wishes to you and hope to have the chance to stay with you again next year! Matt and Cindy

As our title says: Cute place, marvelous experience, awesome service, amazing location and an incredible price for it!!! We got here for a romantic getaway and it has been our best decision ever for vacationing. The area is ultra safe, quiet and relaxing, the location of the unit, not only brings you the chance to enjoy two beautiful beaches, but it gives you tons of choices for things to do in a walking distance matter, Sooo Convenient! Diana is an amazing hostess, she's always checking up that everything with your stay is going great and always so easy to reach. Her place is very comfy, peaceful and with a very sweet ambiance. We stayed here just one week and we left feeling like it wasn’t enough! We had an incredible time at this place and were pretty pampered by Diana! The place is exactly as shown in the pictures, but once you get there you realize that the experience is definitely greater. Every single detail on this cute place makes it lovely and refreshing to your eyes. Diana made it a special stay for us; not only for the sweet details she welcome us with, including her vibrant personality, but for having the opportunity to have dinner with her, it was really lovely; sweet and wise young lady. Bottom line, the place is cozy-comfy-cute & at a very safe area, the location is ideal, the owner is exquisite to deal with, unbeatable customer service and the two beaches, that literally surround the building, are breathtaking. We’ll stay here again in our next trips to Puerto Rico for sure! Diana, thank you so much for everything; it has been a pleasure meeting you and staying at your “lovely nest”, as you call it. This place is truly magical; We LOVED it here! We decided to celebrate our anniversary in Puerto Rico and again, by staying with Diana, made the whole experience magical. Her place has this unique relaxed and cozy feeling in the air. You really feel the love, since the moment that you're welcome by this young lady, to the moment that you are enjoying her beautiful home. The area is amazing. You get to do everything without even needing a car, there are so many things very very close to the condo. The 2 beaches surrounding the condo, are just at another level of how incredibly beautiful they are. We loved to have our breakfasts at the Bar and Rest that is next to Diana's, since it offers you astonishing views to start a beautiful, relaxed and romantic day with your special one. The area is extremely safe, so we never got time to worry about that, just to have fun. Diana is very kind and sweet. She treats her guests more like family and friends; and that was something we really appreciated very much, since this was our first trip ever to Puerto Rico; so we never got time either to worry or be concerned about feeling weird or strange. She always kept in touch with us and helped us a lot to make our adventurous part of the stay even more fun. Thank you Diana for all your attentions and caring. BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO STAY!

This was the perfect girls getaway that we have had in years! We were 3 friends trying to get some relaxed, nature connected and fun vacations in The Caribbean. This is our second visit to PR and we loved every minute out of it; more than our first one. Some people might get a little concerned about traveling to the Island and having this kind of stay, but we must tell you that it was an incredible experience. The area and the condo are extremely safe and quite. You'll get tired (in a very good way) of seeing police officers patrolling the beaches and the streets; and for the fact that we were 3 young ladies hanging out by ourselves at anytime, this was a huge plus, since we felt really safe all the time. In the other hand, the condo is very welcoming; it is very clean, sweet and modernly decorated, ultra comfy and cozy (we never felt crowded in the condo), it has absolutely everything you might want and need and has a very relaxing ambiance. Something that we loved as well about staying here, is that you are right in the ocean! It just takes a few seconds to feel the beautiful sand on your feet. And having the chance to alternate between days, in what beach to hang around, by just getting to the back or to the front of the condo, was another amazing plus for us! The Owner, Diana, is a very sweet and helpful hostess. She received us with a big smile and full of interesting and handy info and references for our stay. She arranged very cute details to welcome us and even got out with us and her friends. We had a lovely and fun vacations Diana, thank you for all your help and kindness. We stayed here to celebrate our honeymoon and it was perfect! The place is very adorable, relaxing and comfy. We had a great time enjoying the balcony area having wine and refreshing ourselves with the nice sea breeze. We loved to have two astonishing beaches just seconds away from the apartment and the opportunity to get to the hotels easily and just few steps away to have our cocktails! Diana was very sweet with us; she was even waiting for us with some very cute gifts for us to celebrate our special occasion! The surroundings are very quiet and safe, everything is very close from the condo and we loved to hangout in the cute bar and rest that is right next to Diana’s; it has a very nice ambiance and you can literally get to enjoy music, dinner and meals right above the sea water on their cute deck area :o) Diana was very helpful all the time, she always got to clear up our doubts right away and so accessible just one call or text away everytime. This studio condo is located on a quiet street next to two beaches in Isla Verde. The studio itself was very clean, nicely decorated, and offered a nice viewing of the ocean from the patio. The description and pictures on the website were exactly as advertised. There is parking available and it is a short walk to nearby restaurants and casinos. The most important part is that two beaches are just steps away and offer scenic views of Isa Verde. Diana was very welcoming and was very eager to answer any and all our questions. She even wrote down the best places to eat and places to go! Diana, we thank you so much for welcoming us to your place and making our trip a very relaxing and enjoyable one! Traveling to Puerto Rico has further inspired us to perhaps one day move there so thank you for answering all our questions on the process. We look forward to visiting with you in the near future. What a charming place to stay. Plenty of beach, activities, restaurants & all within walking distance. The condo was decorated so cute & anything we needed was right there. We even grilled steaks on the Lanai 2 nights. Also nice to get out of the cold in northern Illinois. We just have to say that this place is the perfect one to have an incredible vacations just like ours. The place is so cute, every single detail makes you feel so welcome. The weather is amazing and Diana (the owner) is a magnificent hostess. She's very helpful and sweet; she even helped us doing the groceries at our arrival. The location is ideal, is right in the middle of two beaches, action, restaurants, clubs, EVERYTHING! We have had travel and stayed before in other Isla Verde rentals, but this place is amazing! The location, the apartment and the owner are the perfect combination to make this property our new second home in PR. We never had so much hospitality and attention as we had here with Diana. Also, if you're looking forward to stay in a safe area, this is it. There are police officers EVERYWHERE! So that's a huge plus for us. The Complex has control access and its people is very kind and warm. The taxis were always there to pick us up in just 2-3 minutes since every call. The bus is about 5 minutes away from the unit. We LOVED staying here and next year when we get to visit again, we definitely will stay here again. Diana, thank so much for being so kind, sweet and gentle all the time with us. Joyce Valdiviezo new york I cannot find other words to describe the studio other than PERFECT ... the studio is in a great location the beaches are right there, a lot of nice restaurants in a short walking distance . Isla verde is a very is very safe zone. the studio was very charming and magical , everything i need it for a comfortable vacations , very clean, peacefull surroundings. Diana is amazing as soon as i landed in puerto rico , she was easily reachable, she is very sweet and helpful, she explained and show me around the studio , she recommended me place , she really made me feel like a friend. this place help put more magic to the magic i live in pr, the enchanted island . i want to thank you diana for everything once again and i highly recommend the cutest studio ever. ill definitely come back ;) Puerto rico , que isla tan mágica, fui a visitar a una persona muy especial para mi. y este estudio fue perfecto. pase los momentos mas mágicos de mi vida. es muy cómodo, limpio , tiene todo lo que necesitas para estar cómodo en tus vacaciones . y esta perfectamente ubicado cerca alas playas y los mejores restaurantes. isla verde es una zona muy segura y cómoda. todo esta cerca. diana es un amor de persona muy amable y atenta. nos hizo sentir muy cómodos. lo recomiendo y si la próxima visita a puerto rico volveré a mi studio mágico, cerca ala playita ;)

I decided to disconnect from everything and visited Puerto Rico to relax and distract myself a little bit. I just have to say that I had more than, being one of the most amazing experiences in my life! The condo is so lovely and cute that you feel charmed right after you open the door. Diana is an incredible human being. She was so sweet, that she even shared a wonderful evening, having so much fun while having an amazing dinner and incredible conversations! Diana is an incredible, inspiring and sweet young lady. She made our anniversary so special from the very beginning! This place is simply beautiful! The whole décor, every single thing that has, makes it so charming and convenient; it is the perfect place to stay. Its location is amazing! My husband and I stayed at Diana's for out 32 anniversary. Perfect place for a couple! But the best surprise was meeting Diana....what an amazing young women! Her family must be very proud of her!! She made us feel like old friend which we now have an new friend. The apartment is beautiful! Its sparking clean, so mellow...just what we needed and wanted. Just a walk away from 2 beaches to hang out and go for moon light walks at the beach. Excellent restaurants and just a few minutes to the supermarket. The interesting part is that we spoke before we arrived and that's when I knew that we were in good hands. Saving the best for last, my husband was ill and she provide the tools that we needed to get through the last few day. She's a blessing in disguised. Thank You Diana, for caring! The Most Amazing Anniversary!

My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, last February; and it was really AMAZING!!! As soon as we landed, we easily reached Diana and meet her very promptly. She's a sweetheart. She guided us through the complex and showed us the sorroundings, telling us the good and fun stuff to do around. The apartment is breath taking! We were amazed since she opened the door for us, of how beautiful the place really is. We were happy with the photos of her advertisement at the moment we decided to stay with her, but we got to tell you that in person, the place is magical. Every single thing in there brings you so much peace and comfy mood that at the end, you'll really don't wanna leave! hehehe. The most Special thing, in addition to her sweet and kind hospitality, was the surprise she left for us because of our anniversary! We loved having 2 beaches to hang around, being able to walk to have fun, go to a restaurant or to buy groceries. In 5 years we just got to say, that this has been our most amazing Anniversary! Charming Studio Condo Conveniently Located

We were very pleased with this Isle Verde studio condo. The studio condo is small but very functional, comfortable and clean! Diana, the owner, has done a beautiful job decorating the condo. Diana is a delight, and she welcomed us with a beautiful bouquet of flowers on the counter! She was available for questions about the area and was a great help to us. The condo is situated within walking distance of restaurants and market. Public transportation (bus) is readily available within a short walk from the condo. The El San Juan beach is within a few minutes across a narrow street. The other beach by the Ritz Carlton is also within a few minutes of walking. Would highly recommend for a "single" or a "couple."

Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

Imagine how amazing and special these vacations were for us, that I popped up the question to my girlfriend in PR! I coordinated with Diana time before our arrival and she prepared the room sooo beautiful! Definitely, all the efforts Diana putted together with mine, helped me a lot! Hahaha! From the attention and customer service, to the way she really wants to make you feel like a friend and family; and the way she cares about each detail on her property; really makes Diana an excellent person to be in this kind of business, where all of the above is so sensitive to these matters. About the place... it has everything you might need, is very clean, beautifully decorated, carefully maintained, very safe, great location, peaceful surroundings... a very, very good deal to catch for all the things that offers, the customer service you'll receive and for the low and convenient price you'll be paying!!! The Perfect Romantic Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay from day one till day seven. Diana was in constant communication with us even prior to our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. She was so gracious, always asking if we needed anything while we were there. This "modern" apartment has everything you need and the beach is right outside the "front door". We enjoyed all it's amenities (just as you see in the pictures) and we received such warm hospitality, by the end of our vacation, we made a "friend for life". We highly recommend this apartment for those wanting a comfortable and "feel at home" stay. Diana is such a sweetheart, she will definitely make your stay a pleasurable one. We surely miss her!

This was our first vacation in the Island and it really amazed us! First of all we were very happy since the first time we stepped by the studio and saw that it really is as shown and advertised in the pictures. Diana (the owner) is very carefull about every detail on it and we can warrant you that you'll get there and everything is gonna smell great, look great, feel great, work great...! Really, we are so happy that we chose to stay there rather than reserving an expensive hotel room. You get to save a lot when you have all the facilities to make your own breakfast and snacks and with the location the condo has... you'll save a lot as well since there's no need to rent a car!!! We highly recommend this property for your vacations, not just because how beautiful and well kept it is, but also because of the warmth and familiarity with which Diana treated us. My husband and I got to this beautiful island for our honeymoon. Diana was so nice! She left us some beautiful roses on the bed and a bottle of wine, since she knew this was going to be our honeymoon. The place is so warm and charming, we loved it! Fully equipped and all the details carefully worked. It was an awesome experience. This was our first time ever, renting a property for vacationing, we were always the hotel-kind of people, but since this experience we definitely are doing it again and of course staying with Diana :-) The beaches are really gorgeous! There’s no need to leave the area to enjoy your vacations, really… You’ll have everything you might need and want so conveniently close! Lot of GREAT restaursants, clubs and lounges. Old SJ is so beautiful! You must visit it, if you’re planning to visit the island. There are great stores, galleries, restaurants, historical points of interest, clubs and breathtaking views! What we loved the most? You don’t need to rent a car to have tons of fun like we did!!! We visited PR on June and it was a BLAST! The studio is just PERFECT! All the décor, the things you might need to prepare a good meal relaxed in the place enjoying the ocean and the location…Oh my Gosh, the location! It is SO PERFECT! We had 2 amazing and breathtaking beaches to enjoy! Tons of restaurants to try; and Diana, We got to tell you… Your references were all amazing, the food was delicious! And the Nightlife… a BLAST! We stayed here for our Summer Vacations on June and we fell in love with the condo since we first walked in! Like it says, it is charmingly decorated and Diana is extremely nice, a very sweet hostess, always there to make you feel comfortable.The location is perfect, really, you don't need a car if you stay there, but if you want to have some adventure over the Island, like we did, then rent one. The building is very safe and clean. The area is very safe as well, you can even see the police patrolling over the streets. This was our third visit to PR and our first stay with Diana... and definitely the first out of many more! Thanks for Everything! We really appreciated every single thing that you did for us. The condo at the Rico Mar offers excellent accommodations for the price. The room has an updated feel with many of the comforts of home (LCD TV/DVD, Full Kitchen, Flatware, Dishes, and an assortment of stemware). The bathroom is small and takes some adjustment but is certainly acceptable. We found the bed extremely comfortable and reliable throughout our stay. The location between the Ritz Carlton and the El San Juan gives you a great opportunity to sample the unique offering of each of these over-the-top hotels. Direct beach access is available to the Ritz Carlton, and access to the El San Juan beaches are just a short walk away. We enjoyed the beaches by the ESJ more because they offered a variety of activities and chair/umbrellas for rent. This area is very tourist friendly -- English will get you by in most of the area. Diana, the Owner, was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions with just a quick phone call. She went out of her way to make our stay the best experience possible. I would absolutely consider this room perfect for a couple seeking a great location, updated atmosphere, and a reasonable price. My only suggestion would be to add wireless internet capability to the room. A hard-wired direct connect line is available but not workable if you do not have a ethernet port in your device(most smartphones). Overall a great decision and I would gladly return. Matt and Emily

This place is absolutely amazing! It is so convenient, so warm and the owner has an incredible taste, since the place really has a beautiful decor! Also, you have everything you might need! And the location... the locaion is Perfect!!! We were planning on renting a car for our entire stay, but when we get to see that we didn' t need a car to get to the places we would want to... we saved a lot of money! It has everything so close! Two "to die for" beaches right there, lot of restaurants, two walgreens, groceries, casinos, nightlife, then to get to places like Old San Juan we just took a taxi (pretty economic!) and also, we bought a tour package to get to the Rainforest and the east coast, it was Awesome!!! We just rented a car for 4 days, since we wanted to go to the south and west coasts (Really Beautiful as well!) and at the end, it turned out so much cheaper than what we expected at the beginning when planning these vacations!!! Diana is incredible, she's very sweet and caring with her guests. Diana, thank you a lot for all the effort you made to make us feel like home! We just left and already want to be there again! Thanks for letting us experience the most amazing 2 weeks anniversary vacations ever at your place! Izz

My girlfriend and I stayed here a couple weeks ago during our trip to Puerto Rico, and we were 100% satisfied. The condo is absolutely beautiful and exactly as advertised. The location is great -- just a couple blocks off the main drag in Isla Verde, and literally right on the beach. Diana (the owner) even left us fresh flowers and a 6-pack of Medalla! There is no question we would stay here again on our next trip to PR. Thanks for everything, Diana!

Great location, beautiful condo

I stayed at this condo with my mom for 5 nights in December 2009. The condo is gorgeous - looks like it was renovated just recently, the decor is beautiful, the bed was super comfortable, and the location was perfect, right next to the beach. This was my first time renting a condo on PR, and I would definitely rent this place again if I were to come to San Juan - this condo is nicer than most hotels, and so much cheaper. And you get to have your own fully equipped kitchen, a high-speed internet connection and access to the laundry room. Diana was very nice, she made sure we were comfortable, even brought us flowers when we checked in, and was always available if we had questions or needed something.

Our stay at this condo has been one of the best decisions we had ever made. The place is absolutely how it is shown in the pictures, is very cozy and the décor is exquisite, we loved the colors and the little shells! ? The beaches are incredibly beautiful (the Ritz Carlton’s & the Hotel San Juan’s) and the most amazing thing is that you just have to step out from the building and decide in which one you would like to hang around. The surroundings are very safe and peaceful. The location is perfect, you can get to grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and clubs by walking. But be sure to rent a car, because this little island has a lot of breathtaking places to visit; just to mention some: Old San Juan, the Yunque Rainforest, Culebra, Vieques, beaches located in the West like Cabo Rojo… Diana was very kind and sweet with us. In the apartment she left some little presents, she showed to us the area, called us to make sure that everything was ok and if we didn’t need anything, definitely she made us feel very welcome and like home; she treated us more like friends than as her clients. Next time we go to PR, we really would like to stay in this condo again.

Our First Trip to Puerto Rico!!!! First of all We want to thank Diana so much for all the nicest things she did for Us!!! Definitely she is an amazing host! She provided us so many information for our stay that at the end we didn't even know what to do first! There are so many wonderful things to do! She guided our way out to get to the building and gave her 500% to pamper us and in being sure we were enjoying our stay...The Apartment is absolutely gorgeous, it is so warm, so cozy and so stunningly decorated...It was even a great thing to just sit, sip a cool drink and relax at the Apt. The beaches are incredibly beautiful!!!! We were right in the middle of two magnificent beaches. When we wanted to chill and be relaxed we spotted ourselves at the beach that is in the back of the complex and when we wanted to upbeat ourselves a little bit we just crossed the street and we were right in the Hotel San Juan's beach where we also enjoyed of marvelous drinks and appetizers! This studio has absolutely everything...just get your luggage and have tons of fun just like we did!!!!!! Old San Juan is really magnificent from its restaurants, views and nightlife...definitely a place to visit! Also Condado and Isla Verde are great tourist areas to hang around, have great food and fun in the nights. "Boricuas" (like Diana taught us) are very friendly, fun and helpful; we felt so safe walking down the Isla Verde Ave., in the surroundings of the building and in the different places we visited. Like We said Above....Our First Trip to Puerto Rico, Our Best Vacations Ever!!!! We definitely look forward to visit this amazing place and of course staying with Diana again!!! :-)

If you are looking for a private, clean, and tastefully decorated place in the heart of Isla Verde, this is it! We came here on our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. It is in a great location, right in between the El San Juan Hotel and Casio and the Ritz Cartlon, steps from the beach. Diana was so wonderul, she was so helpful before we even arrived. She had great travel info, car rental numbers, and reccomendations. We got lost our first night in town(it was dark and I had forgot the directions) and had to call her from a pay phone and thankfully she came and found us and got us there! Staying in an apartment was a great break from hotels and there is no way you will get someone like Diana to help you so much, be so kind, and so concerned that you are enjoying your stay. There is parking, so rent a car, (mid size car for $17 a day), and explore San Juan and the rest of the island. The roads are well maintained and easy to navigate(despite what you might read), the rainforest, Luquillo, Fajardo, and all sorts of other amazing places are within a short drive. Stay in an area with posh hotels and great nightlife, but during the day, get a car, get a map, get a camera and get going!

We truly enjoyed our stay on this lovely studio is beatifully decorated and with all the confort you can expect.. The location is excellent just steps away from the best beaches in Isla Verde.walking distance from many of the larges hotels, casinos . The restaurants were something else Great Food. It's much moore of what you can see in the add. Definitely the place to stay. Our time in the beautiful Puerto and our stay in the confortable and charmming studio will become one of our best memories. We highly recomend it !!!!

I travel to PR a couple times a year and this apartment is perfect! The pictures speak for themselves. It is just steps from the beach. There are many restaurants just a short walk away. Diana is very helpful and accomodating. She will answer any questions and will go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. Love the ice cold Medalla's that welcomed me! La Playa bar and restaurant is literally next door and is great for relaxing and having drinks. The parking space was very convenient. The apartment is beautiful and very clean. The decor is definitely charming....great for couples looking for a quiet place to relax. I will definitely be returning!
