This is a fully furnished carriage home located in Colonial Country Club, a 750-acre, gated, golf course community. The unit overlooks some of the many acres of preserve, which allows for a very tranquil and private view.
The home is large with approximately 1800 square feet of living area. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. In addition, there is a queen-size pullout sofa in the den and a big screen TV (54 inch) in the living room.
A "state of the art" fitness center is available as well as a large community pool or a smaller neighborhood pool located right across the street. The 18-hole championship golf course was designed by Gordon G. Lewis. Ten tennis courts (eight lighted Har-Tru surface) are available as well as biking and walking paths. Colonial Country Club is conveniently located near Southwest Florida International Airport, I-75, and the beaches.
