This is a second floor unit (only a few steps) with three bedrooms and two bathrooms located in the beautiful resort community of Pelican Landing. This condo has all of the comforts of home and so much more! The master bedroom and the guest bedroom are furnished each with king size beds and they both have a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has a sofa bed. Bed and bath linens will be supplied.
There are 2 TVs located in the unit, as well as, a DVD player. The kitchen of the condominium is fully equipped with all of the necessities and accessories that are essential to making your stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. While relaxing on the terrace you can hear and see the fountain in the lake. In a separate room there is a laundry and a dryer accessible. Our home watch service takes care of our condo.
Pelican Landing - a gated and secured community in Bonita Springs - is located centrally in southwest Florida and just 20 minutes from Ft. Myers Airport. Not only that you are just minutes away from the beautiful beaches and golf courses that Bonita Springs has to offer, but you are just down the road from other popular tourist destinations like Sanibel Island, Naples, Ft. Myers Beach and Marco Island.... and it is only a ride of an hour to the Everglades. The area has several shopping malls like the recently opened Coconut Pointe Mall with its exquisite galleries, fabulous restaurants and other entertainments.
The community of Pelican Landing has a reputation for providing its guests with an amazing array of top notch amenities. There is a shuttle boat that will take you away to a private island beach where you will find an attractive, elevated beach house with sunning decks, restrooms, showers, and picnic pavilions. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also provided. Many dolphins, manatees and sea life have been regularly spotted during the short boat ride.
The Pointe's Clubhouse includes a fitness room as well as a whirlpool spa and pool. The gas grill and eating area is always available to you and your guests. Enjoy also other sports like canoeing and kayaking, a 16 tennis courts with lighting or the possibility of sailing. You also can take a nature walk around the beautiful 18-hole golf course. And as a guest of Pelican Landing all of this is included with your stay.
Recently we bought two bicycles for the condo which our guests can use as well.
