This condo does not look like a rental - it has been maintained as a home since the original owner lived there year round several years ago before becoming available for rental. It has recently replaced, new appliances, tile bathrooms, foyer and kitchen, carpeted LR and bedrooms with ceiling fans.
Lanai with breakfast table and sliding glass doors for air conditioning, dining room table has leaves that can be added to seat dinner guests and family, huge walk in closet in master BR with shelf space, fully furnished throughout, artwork on the walls, large television with DVD and VCR and stereo in cabinet armoire in living room and additional television in master bedroom with free cable TV. Has everything you can think of or would need while you are there, you only need to bring your clothes and bathing suit. Utilities are free. Rent includes all costs other than a $50.00 rental application fee required by the Condo Association. Two week minimum rental off season, and one month minimum rental during season (January - April).
Nice neighbors - beach is just gorgeous and private, minimally populated and never crowded. Cabana offers beach chairs, floats, umbrellas and refrigerator - closest cabana to the beach entrance. Beautiful view of the Gulf on the beach and located in the nicest section of Siesta Key. Quiet. This year, Siesta Key beach voted top beach in the country.

Year Purchased: 2004
Owners are brothers, residing at primary residences in New York and Georgia, available to assist renters with any questions by telephone and with support on site from managers in the office and all year round neighbors available to help with any problems if they arise. Property is still treated as if it was our home. Vermont rental of house on a lake available as well in a package deal.
