Historic home located in the Newagen area of Southport Island, Maine. House features amazing views of Boothbay and the surrounding islands including, Damriscove Island, Squirrel Island and Fisherman's Island.
House has been tastefully decorated and was featured on the cover of Coastal Living Magazine in 2005. There are 6 bedrooms and three baths (two kings, two with two twins, one full bed and one with a bunk bed for children). There is a spacious deck, covered porch, garden and extensive wooded area surrounding house.

We stayed at this gorgeous home at the end of August. You can't get a better ocean view without literally being in the water! The house is beautifully decorated with loads of charm. Each room has its own character and there is plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of books, games and reading spots.The owner recommended the local restaurant and we went there 3 times! Southport is a charming little island and a short drive to Boothbay with plenty of stores and restaurants.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
