This beautiful home sits on top of Baldy Mountain in the Woodmoor area of Breckenridge and has some of the best views in Summit County! This 3000 square foot home offers the best that Breckenridge has to offer. Two separate living rooms each with its own fireplace and two separate kitchens offer space for large groups who also appreciate some privacy. The garage allows for two cars and toy storage (skis, bikes, you name it).
The lower level has two bedrooms (each with queen size beds) , a full kitchen, bathroom and living room with a gas fireplace, Color TV, cable and VCR. The lower living room opens out to the deck with a large hot tub. Down from this deck is a flagstone deck and fire pit.
The main level boasts an expansive great room with a fifty inch TV, cable, DVD, a fireplace, dining area, full kitchen, bathroom, and breathtaking views of the Ten Mile Range and the Breckenridge Ski Area. The fold out L-shaped sofa can accommodate 2-3 people for sleeping. The great room opens to a deck with spectacular views which you can enjoy while preparing dinner on the gas grill.
The upper level has a master suite and two other bedrooms. The master suite has a king size bed and large bathroom with a Jacuzzi. The other two bedrooms share a bath. One has a queen size bed, the other has a set of bunk beds.
The house is situated on over a half acre and backs onto mountain forests. A 5 minute walk to the Summit Stage bus stop or a 3 mile ride by car gets you into town. A short walk will bring you to the Baldy Mountain Trail head or the Sally Barber Trail.
This home sleeps 12-13 people and is ideal for families or groups traveling together. Additional amenities include washer, dryer, 2 dishwashers and humidifiers.

Why the Owner Chose Woodmoor
We chose Breckenridge as our vacation home because it is wonderfully picturesque real town that makes you feel at home. You don't feel like you're at resort. Great restaurants and shopping, free public transportation, miles of bike trails, state of the art health club (open to the public), world class ski resort, Jack Nicklaus Golf Course, and miles of hiking trails and trout streams. The locals are great also.
The Unique Benefits at this House
High above Breckenridge, the Everest Lodge enjoys magnificent and serene views of the Breckenridge valley and the Ten Mile Range. Every sunset and sunrise is magnificent and can be enjoyed from many rooms in the house as well the two decks and hot tub. Two kitchens make it easy to accommodate large parties. A convenient short walk to the free shuttle or a 5 minute drive into Breckenridge makes the Everest Lodge extremely accessible. Two living rooms with entertainment centers and fireplaces allows for different interests to be satisfied after a long day skiing. Its great for families traveling together. Indoor parking for two cars. Situated on a half acre, there is plenty of room to play in the snow. An outdoor fire pit is an ideal setting for a summer bonfire.
Park adjacent to the Gondola, And ride it to the base of Peak 7 or Peak 8. The bus terminal at the Gondola has connections to Peak 9 or a return trip up to Baldy Rd bus stop.
A variety of stores to meet many of your needs while in Breckenridge.

My family and I enjoy Breckenridge in both summer and winter. Activities which we enjoy are hiking, downhill and cross country skiing, ice skating, snow shoeing, golf, fly fishing, tennis, kayaking, and bonfires in the backyard fire pit. The rest of the time we live and play in Florida. We feel Breckenridge is the perfect compliment to our Florida home.
