I've done a lot of Tahoe rentals and this is by far the best one yet. Its right on the Lake so we were able to watch sunrise and sunset every morning. Everything is brand spanking new and looks like its only used for rentals so is in excellent shape. The photos don't even do it justice. Perfect for a group of couples or a large family. The location is super convenient - we went in a Prius without chains and had no problems. 2 mins from Tahoe City; 15 mins from Squaw/Alpine. HIGHLY recommend it!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
Owner response: Thank you Viktoria, we appreciate your taking the time to leave a positive review! Thank you for your business, we hope to see you again. ~ Hauserman Rental Group

The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Winter at Lake Tahoe - World famous Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Northstar Ski Areas are only a few of the fine downhill ski areas just minutes from the North Shore. These resorts offer shuttle service along the North and West Shores. Other Lake Tahoe ski resorts include Sugar Bowl, Boreal, Homewood, Mt. Rose, Diamond Peak, and Heavenly. For the cross country enthusiast you will find Lakeview Ski Area, Tahoe Donner Ski Area and Royal Gorge Ski Area to name just three of the area's exceptional cross-country ski areas. All three are groomed for touring as well as skating. In addition, there are many beautiful areas on the North and West Shores for backcountry skiing, sledding and snowmobiling, not to mention two ice skating rinks located in nearby Squaw Valley. Summer at Lake Tahoe - From the thrill of water-skiing on one of the world's most beautiful alpine lakes to the serene beauty of hiking in the unspoiled wilderness of the Sierras, North Lake Tahoe offers summer recreation to suit everyone. Tennis. Mountain biking. Beach volleyball. Rock climbing. Peaceful walks along the beach at sunset. Strenuous runs on mountain trails. North Lake Tahoe has it all! Enjoy the unforgettable golf courses. Take a paddlewheel dinner cruise. Windsurf. Jet ski. Parasail. River Raft down the Truckee. Swim. Fish. Horseback ride. Or, just relax in the sun on one of the wonderful beaches. Spring and Fall at Lake Tahoe - These two seasons are probably the most beautiful and tranquil times of the year to vacation at Lake Tahoe. They're ideal for those who would like a quiet retreat and wish to enjoy the beauty of the lake and its surrounding forests and mountains without the hustle and bustle of high season. An added benefit is the low off season rates on all of our vacation properties!
