Our home is 3 short blocks to world-class dining and shopping in quaint downtown Manhattan Beach and only 100 yards to the beach! Approximately 1 mile to downtown Hermosa Beach, short drive to King Harbor Marina & antiquing in Redondo Beach. Even during summer it is fairly uncrowded at our beach, because public parking is limited. Stroll for miles along The Strand (our walkway bordering the beach) or just plunge on in, the water is fine!
UPSTAIRS:
* Master bedroom/bath with new top-quality queen-size bed, TV, and down stuffed easy chairs.
* Second bedroom with new top-quality queen-size bed, TV, easy chair and private bathroom.
* Office with hi-speed internet WiFi or cable hook-up for your laptop.
MAIN FLOOR:
* Full kitchen, living room with fireplace and hardwood floors, sun room, large front porch. The living room features a new 46" HG 1080P Television. Our spacious ocean view patio (accessed right out the front door) features: patio table, chairs, lounge, propane barbecue & woodburning fireplace.
* Third bedroom features a Day Bed and Trudle (sleeping for 2). Both mattresses are new Tempur-Pedic type. Upon popping open the trundle you may either push the beds together for a "king size" feel or keep seperate for 2 twins. Also in this room is the 3rd Full Bath, TV, and DVD player.
* Laundry room.
* Our ocean view walk street patio is surrounded by a white picket fence and flowers. It has that coveted southern exposure, so you can enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast in the sunshine while checking out the waves. When it's breezy at the beach, our front patio is the perfect place to lounge! We've a hot and cold beach shower for your convenience on back patio.

Year Purchased: 1983
I've been fortunate to own and live in this wonderful beach home since the early 1980's. My daughter, recently off to college, was raised here. Some of the favorite things I enjoy about living here are: Strolling along the beach first thing in the morning and then landing at the local coffee shop to visit with friends, Walking to Manhattan Meats and choosing from their "Prime" selection for the evening BBQ, Walking to one of the many incredible restaurants downtown. I travel alot, but so far haven't found a better location!

There isn't any better location to be had than a south Manhattan Beach Walk Street! This home is charming and comfortable. The majority of my guests are repeat and book a year in advance. This is not your normal rental, it's a well loved and cared for personal residence.
