Ideal for couples or families. We are situated on "the" most desirable of South Manhattan Beach's Walk Streets. Our home is 3 short blocks to world-class dining and shopping in quaint downtown Manhattan Beach and only 100 yards to the beach! Even during summer it is fairly uncrowded because public parking is limited. Stroll for miles along The Strand (our walkway bordering the beach) or just plunge on in, the water is fine! UPSTAIRS: * Master bedroom/bath with new top-quality queen-size bed, TV, and easy chairs. * Second bedroom with new top-quality queen-size bed, TV, easy chair and private bathroom. * Office with hi-speed internet cable hook-up for your laptop. MAIN FLOOR: * Full kitchen, living room with fireplace and hardwood floors, sun room, and front porch. The large ocean view patio which is accessed right out the front door, features: patio table, chairs, lounge, propane barbecue & fireplace. * Third bedroom features a Day Bed and Trudle (sleeping for 2). Both mattresses are new Tempur-Pedic type. Upon popping open the trundle you may either push the beds together for a "king size" feel or keep seperate for 2 twins. Also in this room is the 3rd Full Bath, TV, and DVD player. * Laundry room. * Our ocean view walk street patio is surrounded by a white picket fence and flowers. It has southern exposure so you can enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast in the sunshine while checking out the waves. When it's breezy at the beach, the front patio is the perfect place to lounge!
