We have been coming to the Big Island for 25 plus years and found this location to be the very best Hawaii has to offer. Its quiet, resort style, walking paths, proximity to several beautiful beaches, and sunset views are magnificent.

My wife and I have been coming to Hawaii since 1972 and have made about 15 trips. Since we have retired we have been spending a month at a time on the Big Island, our favorite. This past May we spent time at the Fairway Villars, normally we stay in Kona, but decided to stay at the resort. We found this unit to be both confortable and close to shopping and resturants. Since my wife and I play a lot of golf we especially like the location. However, the price of golf at the beach course and the kings course are a little expensive. We prefer to play at Hapuna and other courses. Fairway Villas was a great choice and we both hope to return in the future. I would recommed this unit to anyone who wants a great view of the golf course and a confortable clean condo.!
Recommended for:Age 55+.

The place was great. Plenty of room for family of five, clean, safe, opens up to beautiful view of golf course. Ten-minute walk to beach. Definitely better value than hotel because of the kitchen (with granite countertops and upgraded appliances) and free parking. I plan on staying there again.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We stayed at the condo for one week and had a wonderful time. It is clean, cheery, and well appointed. The lanai opens to the golf course which helps add to the feeling of privacy. It was quiet and restful. We walked to the beach everyday from the condo and the snorkeling in "A" bay was just as good as one of the boat excursions that we took. There are not many options for groceries close by and I would recommend that renters buy groceries before coming up to Waikoloa. Given that I have teenagers, I had thought about renting in the Kona area to be closer to the "action", but it was instantly clear to me that this is a much better place for children and for relaxing. The beaches in the area are spectacular and were not crowded. I thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.
