This amazing beachfront villa, a few steps away from the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea, offers a stunning view across the ocean and at the neighboring islands of St. Kitts, Nevis and Montserrat with its still active volcano.
The gorgeous 5,000 sq ft beach house with private pool is located on Antigua’s West Coast, in the gated community of Jolly Harbour. Set in a tropical garden in the quiet part of the harbour, it is within walking distance from bars, restaurants, tennis and squash, a marina and commercial center and an 18-hole golf course.
This spacious and charming 5-bedroom house can accommodate up to 12 persons and invites with light-filled rooms, tasteful and comfortable furniture and a wide range of amenities.
The arch-like entrance with three adjoining verandahs leads to a cleverly designed dining room and courtyard area. Open air in the middle, two roofed corridors to the left and to the right show you to the first set of bedrooms. Two of them include en-suite bathrooms, two share an ensuite bathroom and offer pleasant luxuries such as rainwater showers or an oversized bathtub. A lot of care and attention to detail has gone into the decoration of Island View. The result is a special and very charming atmosphere.
Some of the highlights this beach villa offers are a state-of-the-art kitchen and a master bedroom with a next-door Jacuzzi. There is a living and games room with pool table, cozy, oversized leather furniture, a wooden deck and private pool with slide, a hammock and a BBQ grill.

Our trip to antigua was perfectly planned by Rental Butler. Everything from helping to find the perfect villa to arranging catamaran excursions and private in-villa chefs was a breeze. Our agent, Jamie, was so helpful and answered our endless questions with ease throughout the process. She even emailed us upon arrival to make sure everything was in line We will definitely be contacting her for our return to antigua. The property was well maintained and the on-site staff was professional and friendly. We are repeat guests at this paradise. This is a beautiful home, located right on the beach, and you can listen to the waves while you relax. The home is very modern and decorated very nice with all the amenities you could ask for. There is a great supermarket nearby, so you can prepare your own meals, or BBQ, or try out some of the local restaurants. There is a great pool for both kids and adults alike. The home is situated on a beautiful beach that has a great walking path, that stretches from one end to the other. It is in a very safe area. We went with our two children ages 5 and 7 and had an amazing and relaxing holiday. The hosts, Ron and Jamie , go out of their way to make this an amazing experience for you, and if you have any questions or requests just ask. We have a wonderful time in Antigua. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Island View is even more beautiful than in the photos. We fell in love with Jolly Beach, it was so peaceful.
