This “Gold Level” one bedroom studio luxury condo is located on the 7th floor and is the perfect nest for Lovebirds, Snowbirds, or an intimate family vacation. It is beautifully decorated in a light and airy style that transports you to a tropical island state of mind. It is just a few steps away from the “two best beaches in Florida”, Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach. And, it is set in the perfect location for you to decide just how much or how little you want to do on "your vacation get-a-way”. You don't have to go anywhere to take advantage of our two private pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and on-site dining. For the perfect cheeseburger in paradise and your favorite libation, step across the road to Doc's Beach House! I guarantee you'll stop back! Should you choose to venture out to do a little sight-seeing or shopping; Naples, Ft. Myers, and Marco Island are all a short drive. If you are feeling a little more adventuresome; consider a round of world class golf, maybe visit one of our museums steeped in history and wonderment, or possibly experience an airboat tour of Florida's beautiful and mysterious Everglades. As your day comes to a close, you can step back out on to your private balcony lanai to witness one of the most beautiful sunsets you will ever behold. And, after tucking your loved one/s and yourself in for the night, allow the whispering of the waves to gently lull you to sleep.
You really don't need to pack much; just your swimsuit, flip-flops, toothbrush, and maybe a few extra sets of comfy casual clothes. We will supply comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to four, including a queen sized bed and a sleeper sofa, with plenty of fresh linens and all the necessary comforts to make your stay one that you won't want to end.
Our kitchen has everything you need, complete with an assortment of dishes, utensils, and essentials for preparing any meal you desire... but only if cooking is your desire.
As far as laundry goes, never fear, each building has its own washers and dryers.

You are able to come in close contact with dolphins, sea turtles, manatees, and all sorts of tropical birds. We have experienced the tour and were actually able to pet manatees! We were absolutely astonished and amazed! We highly recommend this wonderful experience!

This condo was spectactular. There were alot of condos available at the time be reserved but this one in particular was absolutely the best choice. I did my homework ahead of time to research the actual location and view of this unit and it actually was the primo location. My wife and I even went around the complex with an onsite realtor viewing a bunch of other units while we there and this property was by far the best one. I didn't even mind waiting for my wife to get ready for dinner as I sipped my wine on the enclosed balcony. The panoramic sunset views were so relaxing. It was an incredible experience and I would highly recommend to anyone else to stay at this lovely condo.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+.

We loved this immaculate, beautifully decorated condo from the moment we walked in! The view from the balcony is amazing - what a joy to see the sun over the ocean every morning and to see the amazing sunset every night. The bed was very comforable and the storage in the condo is ample, so we were able to get all of our suitcases, toiletries, groceries, etc. out of the way. The kitchen was fully stocked, so making family meals was a breeze. The pool is very clean and has plenty of lounge chairs and noodles. And the beach is awesome! Only a short walk across the street and we were enjoying the gentle surf and crystal clear water. The sea shells are amazing and we saw plenty of wildlife, such as dolphins, pelicans and sea stars. If relaxing on the beach isn't enough, there are many great restaurants and shopping in Bonita, Naples and Ft. Myers. I highly recommend Iguana Mia and Pizzaiolis. Even Disney was only a 3-hour drive away! IThis condo offers the perfect getaway for a couple or small family!

This condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The moment we walked in the door, we could see the ocean. It was wonderful to wake up each morning and look out at the sun and surf. The lanai is spacious and I loved that it was screened in, so we didn't have to worry about bugs. The kitchen had everything we needed to make family meals. We spent most mornings at either the beach - just a short walk across the street - or at the pool, which was very clean and had ample lounge chairs and noodles. The surf at the beach was very gentle and the seashells were beautiful! The condo itself has abundant storage, so we were able to get our suitcases, toiletries, groceries, etc. out of the way. I would highly recommend this condo to any couple or small family looking for the perfect beach getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay in Bonita, and the accommodations were terrific...beautifully decorated and fantastic views! A great location as well - a local beach eatery across the street, as well as, access to a beachfront state park. We love the beach, and you can tell the owners of the condo do as well. We are already planning our next trip! Thanks for opening up your condo to us!
