My family had a fabulous time at this townhouse. It is so spacious, beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable, fully stocked and clean. The photos really do not due this place justice. The lower level has a bedroom with television..perfect for children. Also a garage with everything you need for the beach, chairs, umbrellas, bicycles and toys for the sand. The main level has two bedrooms, bath, living room, dining room and kitchen. You can walk outside on the large deck to sit and relax or grill on the BBQ. The master suite on the top level is wonderful, with its own small balcony. There is a sitting area with couches and television. The bathroom is to die for. The beach is within walking distance, but if you like to bring chairs and other things, driving is definatley the way to go. Takes about 2 minutes to get there. The pool was great too. I would definatley recommend this property to anyone that wants to have a great, relaxing vacation. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful townhouse! ROLL TIDE ROLL!!!

The house exceded my expectations when I arrived. The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. The master bed an bath was awesome. It was really nice to have a washer and dryer as well as a iron and ironing board. The kitchen is fully furnished. The house is large enough for more then one family. The beach is a very short walk across the street. It has a nice bike path that is nice to go on walks in the morning. Navarre beach is one of my favorite places to visit for vacation. This house made the trip even better. I can't wait to stay here again.

I will definitely return to this townhome! It was very spacious, well decorated and clean. The master suite is incredible. It includes a large bedroom with a king size bed and private deck. There is also a large sitting room with couches and a television. The master bath is very modern boasting a huge tile shower with dual shower heads and body sprayers. The owner also provided many extras such as beach towels, beach chairs, bicycles, boogie boards, beach toys, fishing poles, etc.!! The walk to the beach was very short--just across the street. Plus, the pool is right on the sound with beautiful views. Love it!

5 of my college sorority sisters and I hadn't been together in 20 years and stayed at TYME-OUT for a girls weekend. We could not have asked for a better place. It is huge, totally updated and has everything you could want. It has all the extras that most vacation rentals don't have. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back again. This place had it all----I highly recommend it to everyone.

The condo was beautifully outfitted for a fun-filled girls weekend! We had a terrific gathering room with an open floor plan with the kitchen/dining/den area. The bedrooms are spread out enough for 6 ladies to easily get ready for a fun night out without getting in each other's way. The walk to the beach is very quick and the seashells were amazing!! I even had a chance to get a little exercise on the tennis court! Would recommend this location to groups or families.

This was the perfect place for our girls weekend. The condo was great...neat, clean and well kept. You can tell it's been taken care of. There was plenty of space for us all to gather in the kitchen for appetizers or relax in the den and watch tv or whatever. The floor plan offered plenty of room to allow six women to get ready and dressed without getting in each other's way. It provided easy access to the beach, was close enough to get to restaurants or shops, but removed from the typical beach traffic. We'll definitely come back again for our next trip.

Our family of 8 adults and 5 children (ages 18 months to 3 years) spent 8 days at this location in December. We had a wonderful time. Housing was very spacious with plenty of room for all. The 3 levels gave us room to spread out and have our own space or be together in the living room/dining room area. The property was very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this property to friends and relatives. While we shared Christmas activities as a family, we also enjoyed a nearby zoo and an aquarium. We took numerous walks on the beach and loved shelling while the guys enjoyed fishing from the pier.

This place is amazing! The owners were great, offering any assistance we needed! My family had plenty of room to spread out, and even with 10 people, we all felt like we had our own space. The photos do not do this condo justice, everything is very clean and new. It was fully stocked and we didn't even have to unpack many of the items we brought ourselves. Definately will stay here again!

Our family truly loved this condo. We normally go to Alabama beaches and this was our first visit to Navarre beach. We will definitely be back. The condo exceeded our expectations and had almost every amenity we needed. The condo has plenty of room with four bedrooms, 2 baths. Our favorite space was the master bedroom area. It is large and well decorated, the bath has a incredible shower for two, it also has its own private balcony/deck. There is also a nice den area just outside the m'bedroom. The rest of the condo is just as nice. It has a beautiful kitchen that has just about everything you need. The dining room has a nice big table for those intimate or family dinners. The living room is big and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the nice big deck that has a gas grill for our BBQ. I could go on and on about all the good points of this condo. The condo is large, beautiful, nicely decorated, incredibly comfortable, close to just about everything. The price is very good for this condo. and we will definitely be back. Thank you for such a good vacation/getaway

The "Tyme Out" condo was excellent! Dana really worked with us to schedule our last minute vacation to the beach and we really appreciated it. There was plenty of room to spread out and the condo was nicely renovated (especially the shower)! We had a wonderful visit and we are very glad that we were able to come down and enjoy the beach before the oil hits.

My family stayed here for a week in early June. We were thrilled with the decor of the unit and found the rooms to be very spacious. However, we were irritated by 2 things: a leak in the ceiling and no internet! The leak was in a bedroom and was a huge nuisance. It was discovered on Saturday (our first day in!). The carpet was wet, we had to move the bed and the dripping was unbearable. Maintenance was supposed to show up on Sunday morning to check it. We waited around until early afternoon and then found out it was supposed to be Monday morning! There was a communication problem with the maint. guy. He did come on Monday and he was very nice. He told us the problem had been discovered the week before and he was sure it would require an A/C company to work on it. They came over the next day. The whole ordeal was a huge hassle and an inconvenience. I moved my children to the pull out couch. I was annoyed because that meant the kids were up later and the adults could not enjoy the evenings without tip toeing around. I did not rent a 4 bedroom townhouse so that my kids could sleep on a pullout. My second complaint was regarding the internet. My job requires me to stay in contact with the office. The amenities show WiFi available, however, I was unable to gain access the entire stay. Instructions left for internet usage were to search for "beach colony" which meant we were stealing service from the resort across the street. It remained unavailable. There was another resort that showed up with limited access available but when trying to connect it said we were too far away. I mentioned the problem to rental agents but did not receive any helpful suggestions. I ended up at McDonalds on 3 different occasions. The agents were very nice and helpful prior to the visit, especially Dana who kept me informed about the oil situation and the status of the beach conditions. Although I was disappointed in my stay at the townhouse, I will be back to the area. It is beautiful and a great place to take the family. I hope the oil does not ruin it!
Owner response: First, our sincere apologies for any inconvenience to the rentor. All of the issues were addressed immediately. The repairman did not find wet carpet or a "continuous leak" from the overflow A/C valve, though there was indeed a leak that was repaired immediately. The internet is available for an additional charge per day from a local company, again, apologies for the misunderstanding. I do know that our staff was in continuous contact with the rentors for at least a week prior to the stay, sometimes multiple times daily for weather and oil updates....a refund was offered for cancellation up until the actual day of travel, this in addition to the already discounted rate that the unit was rented for. Please consider other guest comments, as well as our other property comments at Island Tyme, vrbo # 82607. We have been renting for many years, and the one thing that is certain, is that you can't please all of the people all of the time....

We actually live in Navarre and had some friends down for a week and in order to accomodate all of our company we stayed in Tyme Out. Even though I was 5 minutes from my own home it was still a vacation to me. This has to have been one of the best places I have stayed in. With all the accomodations and room there for everyone it was truly a relaxing "Tyme Out". To rate this place it is defiantly worth more than just a five star rating. It was beautiful and we can't wait to go back. So thank you for opening up your beautiful condo to us.

Our experience at "Tyme-Out" was fantastic! Our group of six had plenty of room to spread out. We were very pleased with the decor and cleanliness of the condo. The shower in the master bathroom is amazing! We found also the area to be very nice. The locals are friendly, the beach is beautiful and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend "Tyme-Out" to anyone, and look forward to going back!

Tyme Out was perfect for our weekend "away". We loved everything about the condo, especially all of the room to spread out. We were able to have our family of six stay the weekend, with extra beds to spare. The weather was cold and rainy,so we did not get the chance to use the pool or outdoor amenities. But it was really nice to cuddle up on the couch in such a warm and welcoming environment. From kayaks to extra towels, everything we could think of was provided for us. Thank you so much for opening your home to us and giving us a perfect "Tyme Out".

Our family spent a wonderful Christmas holiday and New Year's here. We LOVE this place! Great location right across from the beach. Fabulously furnishings - you couldn't ask for more. The shower in the master bedroom - I could live in there! I love the different sections of the house where the adults could be in one part and the children in another. Thanks so much for making our family holiday so special.

My wife and I recently stayed at "Tyme-Out" to attend a wedding on Navarre Beach, and all I can say is it was AMAZING. This townhouse was HUGE, had everything that you would possibly need for a great time at the beach (towels, chairs, coolers, blender :) ), and was very "modern" and up to date. Great pool in the complex overlooking the water (which was empty the entire time we were there), and a short walk (or drive if it was too hot) to an uncrowded beach. The entire house speaker system was a great plus, and the master shower is to die for. Both my wife and I did not want to leave, and we will definitely come back to Navarre - when we do, there is nowhere else we want to stay than "Tyme Out". The owners made it extremely easy to book, check-in / check-out, and pay. Look no further than this ad and make your reservation now!
