Summer Breeze Villa is located approximately 400 feet from the water's edge, and a short walk to the grocery stores and center of this quaint town. Four bicycles, three(3) kayaks, and beach chairs are provided. Four (4) fishing poles are also for your use. Golf carts and boats are available for rent. A local Fast Ferry stops each day with connections to Harbor Island and Nassau.
The house has a spacious, open floor plan, with ocean views from all rooms. There are 3 master suites, each with a king-sized bed and its own full bathroom. There are ceiling fans throughout, and 8-foot screened sliding glass doors for ocean breezes in every room. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for entertaining in the large living area or on the 1400 square foot deck overlooking palm trees and the turquoise blue Caribbean water! The house sleeps 9 comfortably, and is kid-friendly.
Spanish Wells has beautiful white sand beaches, and water so clear that you can see your shadow on the bottom. The small island is the lobster fishing capital of the Caribbean, inhabited by European settlers dating back to the 1600s. Crime is essentially non-existent in this clean, safe island community. Stretching from Spanish Wells to the northeast tip of mainland Eleuthera is a beautiful barrier reef called the Devil's Backbone which is inhabited with an abundance of marine life. This area is fantastic for snorkeling.There is world-class bone fishing on the flats surrounding the island. Other island amenities include boat rentals, golf cart rentals, bicycle rentals, fishing charters, snorkeling trips, and cave tours.

Spanish Wells is unique its has some of the best Bonefishing in the surrounding flats. This unique Island has a full service grocery store, a museum and several great restaurants to choose from. The caretaker, Johnny on the Island has both Golf Cart and Boat rentals available upon your arrival.

Spanish Wells is a peaceful, safe, charming island town with very friendly local residents. The fishing is second to none, and the beaches are beautiful and unspoiled. There is no place like Spanish Wells in the Bahamas, or all of the Carribean.
The Unique Benefits at this House: Spanish Wells is the lobster capital of the Bahamas, and there is never a shortage of fresh fish on the island. There is awesome bonefishing right on the beach in front of the house. A short boat ride from the house is the Devil's Backbone reef, for great snorkling. The house has an open floor plan that encourages social gatherings in the large living room/kitchen area or on the huge deck. The large bedrooms offer plenty of privacy, each with its own bathroom. You can star gaze at night on the deck, or roll out of bed in the morning to walk down the short sandy path to the beach with your morning cup of coffee and be the only person on the beach.
