Sitting quietly among the tall trees, this home is so comfortable! Whether you have a large group or small, there is plenty of space for everyone with the way this house is set up and the size of the rooms. It has over 3,100 sq. ft. of living space. There are two living areas (one up and one down). Even though this home sits in the mountains, we love the fact that there are no steps to enter and the large master suite is on the main level. The neighborhood (Granite Springs in lower Kingsbury) is exquisite. It is very easy to access and is one of the nicest neighborhoods in the whole South Lake Tahoe area.
Everything is here you need to make a large meal for your group. If something is missing just let us know and we'll take care of it. There are TVs in all the bedrooms, pool table in the lower level family room, handy hot tub off the main level family room, BBQ and outside seating on the extensive deck, wine closet, large jetted tub in the master suite bath, 4 BR (2 kings, 1 queen, 2 sets of bunk beds) and 3.5 BA with extra sleeping in the office area (futon) plus a pullout couch on the main level. This home can sleep up to 14. High speed internet is provided as well as unlimited long distance calling for the U.S.
The property sits very close to Casinos, Heavenly Ski Resort, shopping and lake activities. The community Recreation Center is also very close so you can keep in shape whatever the weather may be. There are plenty of great restaurants close to this home as well. Come enjoy Tahoe in style and comfort!

About the owner: In our travels a few years ago we had the opportunity to check out the South Lake Tahoe area and decided to make this our second home. We have truly loved our visits to this home. We love the location and want to eventually spend more time here. We are in the wellness business so find ourselves rather busy at this point in time. Health is a main concern of ours and the quality of the air is such a benefit to us.
Why the Owner Chose Stateline:
The location of this home lends itself to wonderful relaxation with close proximity to everything we love to do....shopping, boating, great restaurants, hiking, etc.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We love the size of this home as it is large enough for a sizeable group but very comfortable for just 2 people. The summers are great as you sit among the trees and enjoy everything nature provides. It just can't get any better than this!
