It is in the core of the historic district and a short bike ride to Jetties and Steps Beaches. Our house and the town are very kid-friendly. With the amount of activities, museums, and beaches - you can enjoy lots of family fun. Our house is also pet-friendly, for well-mannered pets and a deposit.

We have recently purchased this home which will eventually serve as our summer home. Because we are unable to move until November, we would like to share this gem with other Nantucket lovers.

Because we are renting this house out in August, September and October, renters will be able to enjoy the best months of Nantucket. After labor day, with weather in the 70's, and the crowds starting to dwindle, you can enjoy every aspect of what Nantucket has to offer. Don't forget the wonderful Nantucket Arts Festival, an annual week-long event in early October, which celebrates the extraordinary talent on the island.
