My condo is considered one of the most prestigious as well as unique on the beach. we have two swimming pools, two tennis courts, two wading pools for only 35 rental units. The pictures from our balcony show the stunning view of the beach and pools. ( “The Southeaster, C 206 South Pacific –)
My CONDO LOOKS DIRECTLY AT THE OCEAN, no buildings block the view
Right on the Beach, the Southeaster is between a mangrove swamp (on the west to view the setting sun) and the Ocean on to the East. It is on its own road with no through traffic (very rare on the beach) The Southeaster is RIGHT ON THE BEACH and OCEAN!!! In fact, it is one of the few condos that has a seawall and patio to sit on Right on the Beach.
The Southeaster is one of the most recognized places in New Smyrna Beach. Only 77 units of which only 35 rent their units ( and often time only the winter months) Amenities include two swimming pools (one heated) two wading pools, two tennis courts, a plaza on the beach itself ( only a few on the entire beach), there is no automobile driving on the beach in front of the Southeaster and the western son sets on a mangrove swamp protected environmentally,
My unit is my summer residence (Atelier) where collections of artifacts have gathered over the years. I have completely redone all bathrooms in Florientina tile and the utmost in furnishings. Splash tile is from Brazil and have personally painted in "faux" all walls.
Our view is the best in the area. We look directly over the beach. All furniture is new and pristine master king size bed from china, with matching sophisticated furnishings draped in a lemon lyme colour has the distinction of elegance featuring a masterpiece pastel painted on the beach over the headboard painted by Bernard Martin.
The ocean enters into my condo not only from its view but also by the sound of waves crashing, the rising moon and setting sun add to the ambiance. But the real reward is the comfort and warmth of an eclectic, alive yet warm place to call home. We love Atelier the South Pacific and know you will too.

New Smyrna Beach is the best beach in Florida and The Southeaster is the Best Condo on the Beach as evidenced by the stature of the Owners such as past owner of the Orlando Magic and past bank owner. It is the Condo sought after by Winter Park / Orlando Residents. Most owners don't rent and there is 5 acres of green area, two swimming pools, two tennis courts, two wading pools for only 77 units
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The quiet nature of the Southeaster, totally renovated but totally a secret oasis. Five acres of green space for only 35 rental units and the other units are hardly used. It is peaceful and one of the only units right on the beach. The sundeck is right on the beach. I enjoy looking directly at the Ocean and pool, uncrowded and serene.

View of ocean was fantastic. Photos are accurate. Listened to the waves every night. Perfect location along NSB. The pool and sea wall seating was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view with family. Condo was clean. We will definitely look to book this for our next trip.
